Museum of Art Cafe

We stopped in for lunch on a Monday hoping to see the art museum afterward. Unfortunately the museum is closed on Mondays but it was a happy mistake because the food at the Museum of Art Cafe was delicious! This is an upscale, white table cloth, bread served at the table with a proper butter dish kind of restaurant in an elegant yet welcoming setting. The lunch menu has a good variety of choices with high quality ingredients. My Cobb Salad with grilled chicken was the best I have ever had. The grilled chicken had the perfect char on the outside while being tender and juicy on the inside. Each of us enjoyed our meals. Our waiter was fantastic and all the staff is super attentive and very well trained. My water glass never got below half full before someone noticed and quietly refilled each of them. It was a quiet restaurant with a nice view of downtown from the many large windows that filled the restaurant with light. A+!

Long a resident of Oklahoma City, but cannot keep up with the multitude of new restaurants. Another couple suggested Cafe Cuvée and they were spot on. Wonderful ambience for a French bistro located in the Ambassador. We had excellent oysters and escargot for starters Entrees were Dover sole meunière and a special Salmon preparation. The Sole was as good as I have eaten anywhere. The Salmon dish, likewise was superb. Service was excellent, caring and informative, very knowledgeable about food preparation. Very nice wine list. We did a Pomerol and were very pleased. Cocktails were spot on. My spouse said her Old Fashioned was as good as she has had. Definitely will returnHi jimfH3677DC, Thank you for taking the time to post this review! We are thrilled to receive your compliments and we look forward to your return!

Seen this restaurant on search and decided to try, reviews are spot on. Neat place, you go inside and take your paper to order what you want from pizza, pasta, sandwiches or salad. Then take to register to put your order in which the cashier checks your order. You get a number and get your drinks and wait for the deliciousness to arrive. Wife had build own salad with balsamic vinaigrette and tomato basil soup. Salad was crisp and filling, tomato soup was rich, creamy with great robust flavor. We loved it I had the hot ham & cheese sandwich with southwest potato soup. Both were a hit, the soup was like a enchilada soup with potato’s and other veggies in it. Very good. We will definitely be back, also they offer military discount, Thanks cafe 7.

... because it is the best diner ever! Ya'll know how I loves me a great breakfast place, so you'd better listen to me now. Good Gravy is what every place, even the other top diners, should be. Their menu is just standard diner stuff; eggs, sausage, French toast, and so on. Except. They have forty different kinds of gravy! You heard it right, folks. In the full three days I was in OKC, I tried four of them (including the one on my chicken fried steak). They were to die for. Every one I tried. From chorizo/onion/jalapeno to bacon with maple syrup. OMG. The owners better franchise this concept before someone steals it out from under them. And yes, great service, good atmosphere, blah, blah, blah.I'd go tomorrow if I were you. Thanks for coming in and for the wonderful review. We loved having you and hope to see you next time you’re in town.

We were amped up about eating here and ultimately let down. After waiting over an hour for a table (understandable as they are popular!) We waited at the table 10 minutes for the server to greet us. She dropped off water and answered menu questions (gf items are not cooked separately) she said she'd be back in a minute to take our our order. More than twenty minutes passed. She took at least 3 orders near us (seated after we were) before coming back. Other people seated at the same time had their food before she even took our order. Inn the meantime, the kitchen is killing it, all the food coming out looked delicious. I ordered the steak Benedict. The flavors were goid, but everything was cold. Egg was overcooked. Only two tiny bites of steak in the half of it. Potatoes were hot and delicious. Hubby enjoyed his pancake and sausage. Server never refilled water or checked on us, asked how things were, etc. Just dropped off the check. My mimosa was not good, I barely tried it and she ignored that it was almost untouched. Took another 20 minutes to bring us change. Ultimately I wanted to love it and any issues could have been handled with better service. Hello,I am so sorry to hear about your poor experience with us! That is completely unacceptable and not our standards. Please email me at [email protected] with the best way to contact you. I would love a chance to make it up to you! Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you soon! -Taylor Taylor, General Manager Hatch Auto Alley
