We might go back to this restaurant. It was good. But, the next night we ate at Mannyâs in Dallas. The contrast was obvious. That said, the wait staff was lovely and the food was good. If you are looking for great, keep driving to Dallas

We stopped here for dinner while driving from Dallas to Muskogee. There were a few tables occupied, so service should have been prompt, but it was quite slow. The chili colorado and chili verde were both on the spicy side, which is just the way we like it. Both were accompanied by the inevitable rice and refried beans, which tasted just like everybody else's rice and refried beans. The bill for the 2 entrees, and two soft drinks, came to $26 plus. Add in the tip, and we were staring at a $30 bill. Quite expensive, in short, for what we received.

Stopped in for a quick lunch, had the choice of Taco Mayo or Subway, they are connected.Thought too long and decided on Taco Mayo, ( going with the unknown for me )Ordered a couple of items, and while I was waiting, not long by the way, a man approached with something in a black plastic tray. he was extremely polite about it. The food was overlooked and stuck like a rock to the melted plastic on the bottom. they offered to make him a new one, and he accepted, in what is obviously an unacceptable situation.My food was bland at best. Salsa was nothing to write home about

You would not believe a great restaurant is hidden inside this non-descript block building. Hotel staff recommended it highly, and they got that right. Good portion size, great tasting, and cold beer comes in large frosted mugs. Prompt service, but sometimes there is a little translation difficulty until another waiter comes along. Atmosphere isn't the greatest, but booths are painted festive colors,,, and you don't go there to eat the booth. Recommend it highly!
