Experience the warm flavors of the Southwest at Hollie’s Flatiron Grill! We like to spice things up by adding the flavors of hatch green chiles and chipotle or jalapeño peppers to traditional favorites.

Four of us ate here based on advice at our hotel. However, it didn't live up to expectations. We arrived about 7 pm on a Thursday and the place had very few customers. There are a lot of booths which we liked. The atmosphere is excellent as you don't feel like this is just another restaurant. Our server Zoe provided excellent service, timely and attentive. The prices are high for what you get, which is only one side with most entrees. I had the smothered chicken and a baked potato. Each was good but somewhat average. The chicken has some cheese and onions on it. The menu has good variety but not a lot of choices.Parking is ample. The noise level was low, The temperature was cold with a draft from the a/c vent.Thank you very much for sharing this with us. Chili's

Chili's is not a place I would ever choose to go, but when eating with a large family group, compromises must be made. The ambience is soul-destroying, with marginally clean tables set too close together and a noise level that makes conversation difficult. Service was quick and our server dealt well with the myriad questions and special requests. I was also pleasantly surprised by the food I ordered. The fries were tough and tasted no better than the oven fries I make at home. But the salmon was decent, and the steamed broccoli was steamed broccoli: plain, fresh, and well-cooked. This is remarkable primarily because Chili's usually doesn't seem able to leave well enough alone, with multiple spices and flavorings overwhelming most dishes.
