As of October 3rd 2011 the Spudder is under new management. Located just off the beaten path a block North and East of 51st and Sheridan, the dining room is filled with oilfield memorabilia antiques. Our claim has been at Steaks since 1976.
I had âThe Spudderâ tonight. It was a 22oz PRIME bone-in-ribeye steak. One of the best steaks Iâve had in years. Also, the staff was very friendly.

Fleming's Tulsa, OK is an ongoing celebration of exceptional steak and wine. We are located in Utica Square in Midtown, close to Downtown Tulsa and Swan Lake.
My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary last night at Fleming's. What a great and wonderful choice! We were warmly welcomed at the front door and escorted to our booth in the main dining room. Our waiter, who was exceptional by the way, asked if we were celebrating anything special...to which we replied it was our wedding anniversary. While we were choosing our dinners from the menu, he re-appeared with two glasses of champagne, and said, " Compliments of the House...have a great anniversary!" That act of kindness set the tone for a wonderful dining experience! Our dinnner choices included: Fleming's chopped salad (exceptional), crab cakes (delightful...and very large size serving), lobster bisque (wonderful), fully loaded baked potato (huge, and loaded to "almost" excess), and an absolutely delicious, tender, and perfectly cooked petite filet. I also ordered a glass of a French pinot noir...that paired perfectly with the steak. We were absolutely stuffed...but ordered a piece of key lime pie "to go." A perfect ending to a perfect dining experience. Will we be coming back...oh absolutely...as of this moment my wife and I have crowned Fleming's as "Our Favorite Tulsa Restaurant"

We have been to Ruth Chris Steak House twice in the last month. The first time the service was good+ & the food was very good. My only complaint during our first visit was how long it took to get our cocktails. Nevertheless, overall is was a good experience.Eight of us visited the restaurant last night & I must say they must have had the B team working in the kitchen because the food was not nearly as good as our previous visit. Once again, it took too long to get our cocktails. I questioned our sever, which made her unhappy, and her response was "that's just how long it takes".For the prices RC charges, customers deserve better. We will find another alternative before we return to RC. Very disappointing evening. We are always open to guest feedback and appreciate you sharing about your experience. We aim to make every visit to Ruth's Chris an excellent one for all of our guests. Should you wish to discuss your concerns in greater detail, please reach out to us directly at [email protected] with your contact information.

Texas de Brazil is a Brazilian steakhouse, or churrascaria, that features endless servings of ï¬ame-grilled beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and Brazilian sausage as well as an extravagant salad area with a wide array of seasonal chef-crafted items.
Lots of meat choices are avaiable when they walk by. Salad bar was very appealing but we chose not to fill up there. Many fresh and cold choices were available including cold shrimp, salmon with fixings, salami, bacon, proscuito, grilled provolone, goat cheese, parmesan, salads, etc.Meats include steak, pork ribs, lamb chops and leg, beef ribs and sausage. Quality varied considerably between the types and even the same cut. Lamb tended to be way over salted. For the high price and being the featured aspect this should not have happened.Service was so so. Our waiter forgot to order our pitcher of limeade. Check back was hit and miss. Meat guys were either very good or just there for the job.Been to better at a lower price.

We took our daughter (32) and her hubby here for a late dinner. I can not say enough good things about the service, food and atmosphere. Tremendous. We had a table not far from the bar and the piano player was top notch-playing all our favorites from Billy Joel to Journey to Soft Cell! The drinks were delicious and the wine menu had great selections. We ordered escargot, and the bacon as starters. Delicious. The bread for the escargot was a little hard but it got âsoftâ as I sopped up the garlic goodness. We shared the porterhouse which was sliced and served individually. The server even took mine back to âcookâ as I like my steak a bit well done. We also had the sea bass-which I usually donât like. The fish itself was delicious but the topping was a tad salty for my taste. Sides were the creamed spinach and potatoes. One thing we did not get and wish we had was the spaghetti. I heard from a friend it is by far the best thing on the menu.-This Friend should know. Heâs from Sicily! Now for the desserts. Sweet Mother!!!! Let me say they donât skimp on the portion. Seriously! Take a basketball cut it in half and thatâs the âservingâ. The mousse was divine. The turtle ice cream cake was heaven. HEAVEN!!!!Not cheap but worth every single penny. Freddy, thanks so much for the kind words! A great night to come back and try the spaghetti would be Sundays - we serve it along with an amazing chicken parmesan!

A mixed bag good and bad. The lobster bisque was tasty and rich. The veal gamberi was the star of the meal. The veal was pounded thin and the shrimp were very good, There could have been 1 or 2 more shrimp which would have made it perfect The alfredo sauce was balanced well and not too cheesy. Now the not so good. The focaccia was just meh, it had almost no flavor and the crust was too soft. The biggest problem with the meal was with the chicken parm which was not like authentic Italian chicken parm. They chargrilled a chicken breast , and did not pound it and then just put sauce and cheese over it. I am afraid the veal and eggplant parmesans are also done this way. I am second generation Italian and there are no true Italians that serve thick unbreaded chicken, eggplant, or veal as "parmesan". Unfortunately the penne were overcooked and not al dente like they should be. What a shame because the crème brulee was a pleasant ending and the staff was excellent. Despite how good the veal and shrimp were and since my family loves parmesan we will have to stick with Mondo's and Villa Ravenna for our Italian food.Show lessThank you for dining with us and your feedback, Jim! Ti Amo is more known for a diverse menu, so not particularly traditional Italian. But we are always happy to accommodate a special order, if you just mention it to your server when ordering. Thanks again, and we hope to see you for a future non-parm dining experience.

Legendary Food, Legendary Service
Great service by Amber. Not her fault that the baby back ribs were less than the amount ordered at a previous experience. The ribs didn't really look like baby backs and seemed a little overcooked. Asked Amber to investigate and never got a clear answer but was told that is what to expect if ordered again so won't be getting those. The baked potato is huge but it only has sour cream, cutter and some grated cheese-no chives ....did have a little cup of bacon bits in a cup. The tomatoes in the salad were mushy so had to set those to the side. There is plenty of parking for this restaurant and if the restaurant parking is full you can park in the lot next to the shopping. Near Kohl's, Michaels and other stores. The ladies restroom was very disappointing this time. The floor looked like water had been tracked from each stall into the washing area. Not a good scene.

Food, service, and atmosphere can't be beat here anytime, but on Monday and Tuesday after 5 in the bar their special menu is all half-price. Nowhere else can you get such delicious 1st class food for these prices. Burgers are off the chart. Desserts are incredible (but not half price). Two of us ordered the Prime steak. One was great. The other too fatty to eat. They did bring a replacement but I had to ask for it (!?) It was better. I'll stick to other entrees next time. Get there by 5:30 or you won't get seated.

While visiting my daughter in Broken Arrow shesuggested a new restaurant âPolo Grillâ on Utica Square in Tulsa. Itâs so rare to find deliciouseverything from the bread to every side item thatis ordered plus every entreeâ! This place has wonderful people greeting you, taking your orderquickly even if their full. Then bringing you deliciousfood in a normal amount of time. Now I knowthe place I will go first when we visit Tulsa again. This is definitely a favorite for Brunch, Lunchor Dinner and moderately priced with greatatmosphere. This kind of Restaurant is hard tofind. They do take reservations but you may haveto wait even then as people enjoy it so much theyleave slowly but itâs well worth the wait. I love GrillRestaurants but this one is a favorite!

This is a restaurant where steak is the star â where great steak is the rule, not the exception. Service will be outstanding but provided in a casual, less intimidating fine-dining atmosphere.
This newly relocated Tulsa staple has shined up like a copper penny. The decor is modern and sharp and the building well situated amongst other trending locals. The menu, as always, covers your favorites with their extra Mahogany flare. The seafood appetizer is so delightful and plentiful that it is enough for several guests to share. Order your preferred cut of marbled beef, grilled to perfection, with three tempting dippings - if you like. The amazing sides are all available to choose from. Lobster macânâcheese, asparagus spears w hollandaise, all dressed mashed potatoes are my weakness. The service is exceptional. Several times over dinner on our anniversary we were congratulated by managers - each confirming that our dining experience was to our liking. They even sent a lovely dessert to our table. Book a reservation, and enjoy. Business casual to cocktail dress.
