Shokudo kalika is a nepal cuisine on Mibaru beach. Authentic nepali dishes such as nepali curry made by nepali chef can be enjoyed. All the sea in front of table. If you are luckey you may encounter sea turtles.
We come for Mibaru beach to experience some ocean swimming and sunbathing. There were several families with little children. The only cafe on the beach was this place. They serve different kinds of curry dishes for about 1000 yen. We got only Orion draft beer for 500 yen. The views are wonderful - the rocks in the ocean. Overall we had good experience with service and sitting area outside.

First, it is located in the edge of nowhere. Located by the cliff's edge, this destination restaurant is mind blowing due to the incredible view of the ocean. We were here on a sunny day, therefore the sky and sea was just amazing hues of blue. They have a little picturesque garden / rest area with benches and gazebos. Many use the time waiting for a seat in the restaurant to enjoy the setting. In the outbuildings, they have a gift center, a dinosaur bone collection, faux Chinese Terracotta warriors exhibition, a large gong ....... thus the word eclectic comes to mind. Be forewarned, there are poisonous Habu snakes in the out areas so be caution should be exercised if you like to wander off the beaten path.As for the food, this is ostensibly a Thai restaurant. But they have Okinawanized a few things. - not necessarily a bad thing. Our group tried many dishes, green mango salad, Tom Yum soup, Thai chicken curry, Thai pineapple rice, Thai Pork stir fry .. all as advertised, no unexpected flavors. It was very good. The restaurant also highlighted Noni juice. - this is not Thai but Okinawan. We had to wait about 45 minutes to get a table. This was actually a good thing because we got to enjoy the view. Not a place I would want to go if the weather is not cooperating.

If you love crafted Gyoza (also with fresh shrimp, with Yuzu and many more) and you do not care much about facilities, this is your place. Restaurant has no chairs; you sit the Japanese way. But Gyoza are yummy and affordable. Bon appetit! No English menu, but Google Translate helped us; the owner understands a bit English.

Housed in a traditional Okinawa building, you can have a meal facing the garden; the whole atmosphere was good. Food wise was average - had the set with soba (this is more akin to chinese noodles than ramen, with pork soup broth), some appetizers, and jyushi (mixed rice). Expect to wait around 15 to 20 minutes during peak lunch hours.

We had such a great experience at Yunangi. We were lucky that we arrived at around 6.30pm on a Saturday night, and only had to wait about 10 mins before being seated. We were given one of the tables on the raised floor which was fun. Whilst waiting we had ordered and so food started to arrive soon after we had been seated. We got a few dishes to share and all were excellent. The miso pork was very good with a real depth of flavour and succulent meat. We also had a lovely tofu dish with mwat, which was my favourite, and a few other stir fried dishes which were equally good.By the time we were finishing our meal, the queue was out the door which showed how popular the place is. We were really pleased with our meal and so happy to have tried some fantastic Okinawan cuisine.
