Hotel Nikko Alivila / Yomitan Resort Okinawa has a unique Spanish colonial style displayed by its exterior red tiled roof and white walls complimented by the blue ocean of Okinawa. The name "Alivila" is combination of the Spanish words "alivio" (relaxation) and "villa" (country house) that perfectly defines business and leisure traveler's vacation experience here. Each of the 397 bright Caribbean style luxury hotel room accommodations have a dramatic ocean view and the various fine restaurants and bars offer a memorable resort experience.
Stayed here in December 2020 and the Xmas dinner was a highlight. While the hotel is very good, it falls back compared to the Club at Busena where we stayed the previous 4 days due to the small balconies, self-parking (especially when it rains) and inconvenient location (we were stuck in traffic for over an hour). Also note that the indoor pool costs extra. Solid 4 stars, but maybe we will try the brand-new Honshinoya Okinawa next door for our next vacation.

Located in the heart of NAHA, Kokusai street. Easy access to Naha's main streets and also to the Makishi station. Please enjoy the newly opened the outdoor pool and the poolside bar in this summer 2019! In 2018 the new building equipped with Spa( hot water bath , with no charge to our guests), and Art Gellery (Corridors of RAM Tower) has been opened. ALL non-smoking.
I stay over at the Palm Royal Naha every time I can when I come to Naha. Have been doing so since at least 10 years ago. They never fail to be welcoming, including to LGBTQ people such as me, even flying a little rainbow flag at reception along with rainbow shisa (the protective lions you see all over the island). I need not go into how well located they are (as so many other guests have also commented). Recently (in the last two years) they have even built a pool side that is perfect when you come back hot and flustered - either visiting the city or following a work appointment.

Right at the Yonaha Maehama beach, chosen as the best beach in Japan.
Fantastic location on what is possibly the best beach on the island! Beautiful and huge gardens to the front and especially the rear of the hotel. The Coral wing superior twin was quite large and clean and everything worked fine. It had a wonderful view of the turquoise sea!! The bar/cafe food and drinks were expensive but the ambience was brilliant, so enjoyable. It’s a huge hotel, so quite relaxing to walk around. Staff mostly friendly, if not so well trained. However, you couldn’t help thinking that the sole objective of the hotel was to extract as much cash as possible from every guest with the minimum effort! The rooms are top price, but there was no welcome drink and they even wanted rent to use putters on the putting green!! A room leaflet said they also wanted rent to borrow a corkscrew!! That must be a first!! Unique!! Room … Twin beds different length and shape, mattresses very hard, no balcony chairs, no towel hooks in the bathroom, walk mounted television off centre, and although they had satellite channels, for some inexplicable reason all the non Japanese channels were blocked off, so no international news or movies!! Is that unique in the world??!! I’ve never experienced it anywhere else, even in Japan!! The really great hibiscus bath salts given on the first night were not replaced on any of our subsequent nights until requested!!!! Why not??!! Dining … Nirai Kanai was kept freezing cold!! It took long arguments with staff to be permitted to dine at tables on the warmer outside terrace. Guest’s wishes should be happily accommodated!! Food was ok/average, There were no them nights or entertainment, so rather basic and boring …. Three stars?? I canceled my Barbecue reservation, because I was told that although the food was ok, it was very expensive but very little and guests had to cook their own food at their table, so not a real barbecue!! There are many guest rooms, but very few facilities. No fitness centre, no table tennis, no pool/ snooker, no darts, no library!! The children’s facility room was empty!! At night, the gardens had a few lights but were really quite dark!! They need to be lit with beautiful lighting so that guests can enjoy a walk in safety!! My son’s family room was given two sets of towels for his family with the explanation that they match the number of beds, and not the number in the family!!! In a “family” room!!! The man at the leisure desk said he’d never heard of snorkelling tours even though they’re advertised in the hotel’s website!! Some hard working friendly staff, but some strange hotel staff guidance!!

You pay for what you get and at this cost you get it all, simple check in and out, great breakfast, clean rooms and hotel, in the center of town. what more do you want for 50$, you cant complain. parking out the park for 1000Y over night, the hotel does have a parking slot for a little more. only suggestion is to place a extra set of cushions in the room. the ones on the bed are too small

We stayed at EXES for our honeymoon and we were not disappointed. The rooms were huge and we had ocean view. We could use our breakfast tickets for lunch, which sometimes was buffer and sometimes a la carte. The facilities are amazing and at the time when we were there (late Sept.) it was relatively empty, so for instance sometimes we were the only people by the pool, or sometimes 6-8 other people where there. The only downside is that hardly anyone of the staff can speak English, actually only at checkout we found a person that spoke it fluently. But it was fine, just a heads up to keep that in mind. All in all, worth what you pay for!

Never back again there, valet parking staff is so really rude even I explained that I was carrying my kid he was asleep and couldn’t get out of our car faster, he gave us the angry eye contact and told me “check out” directly and I was complained about THAT staff with the his name, he seems without any apologies to me, and I told what the xxxx the staff talk to us, the hotel manager keep saying sorry about the outside weather too hot ... da da da ... come on? !It’s not that hot ok?!... even though he is hot, it’s none of my business, he can not put his emotions to guest,Ok!ay? Hotel manager told us refund the complimentary, I was not like that means I need this. Afterwards, when I went through the hotel lobby and the staffs let me have hard feelings that their eye contacts were too strange. I was the first time was there, it was also the last time.

Totally our stay at Haleklani was nice and enjoyable. This is our third time to stay. The front staff said that he upgraded our room and prepared the same room as last year. But the room was not the one. It’s nonsense! I don’t know why he said so, but We really Disappointed.

【Access】 about 10 minutes, from Naha Airport by car. From Nahakuukou station~Kenchoumae station getting off, by yuirail(okinawa Monorail). And from Kenchoumae station to hotel 4minutes,by walk. 【Parking】 There is a parking lot in the back of the hotel. Parking is first come first basis. It's impossible to make a reservation. 1night 1,100,100yen.(2p.m.~nextday11a.m.) extra charge is 300yen for every hour. When being full, a coin parking is introduced. There are no bicycle parking lots.
Location of this hotel is extremely good as it is close to monorail station, family mart, shopping centre, Kokusai Street and the meeting place for one day tour. Hotel is clean and tidy despite the room is quite small same as most of the hotels in Japan. Hotel offered free hotspring which is an added value facility. There is also a room at lobby where you can have a short break with free drinks or coffee provided. Hotel staff are nice and helpful. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and relatives.

FUSAKI BEACH RESORT HOTEL&VILLAS promises you the perfect tropical Okinawa getaway. View the sunset from the hotel beach pier, swim with tropical fish, witness wild turtles laying their eggs on the white sand or just lay on the beach in the year-round sun. However you plan to spend your island vacation, our beach-front Ishigaki hotel, the FUSAKI BEACH RESORT HOTEL&VILLAS, is sure to be the perfect choice.
I am a foreign resident of Japan for over 20 years. Most venerable Japanese hotel chains or local independent hotels seem to aim for the lowest common denominator. They provide an acceptable level of quality for the budget traveler or families with kids. They do not provide any luxury or a wow factor. Fusaki is different and is really an international class resort. The beach is lovely. The pool area is directly on the beach, quite large, well designed including the lighting at night and has plenty of cabanas and lounge chairs. One thing I appreciate that you do not see in Japan is a bar next to the pool. So you can actually enjoy a drink at the pool -- and not just Asahi Super Dry. You can have actual cocktails, wine, or craft beer. There is also a cafe next to the pool and you can have your meal at the pool. I also like that they have a pool designed for kids at the far end, so if you want to stay away from the kids you can just stay near the bar. For a rainy day, they have a wellness center with a large indoor pool, gym, Japanese style hot bath, and spa. The general services are really good such as food, strong wifi, resort transport (free shuttle from the airport), shops inside the resort, self-service laundry facilities, etc.

Foreign Currency exchange machine is available.
We stayed for one week at this hotel. The room was fine but we had an obstructed view overlooking American Village. It would have been nice to have a clear view out the window for the week. The breakfast buffet was good and had enough variety for 7 days. We were disappointed that the beach was closed for reconstruction.
