Stopped by here for lunch. Exceptionally quick service and great food. We had the salt and also the curry ramen with the rice and gyoza set.Noisy and cheerful service. Would highly recommend trying this place!Close by the railway station too!

Tucked away down a little laneway, this cafe is a must if you visit Naoshima. The table settings are all unique styles - some with floor seating, others with chairs - that blend together to make a very cool, quaint, yet warm dinning experience. We ate the standard rice curry and also one topped with an omelette. They were simply scrumptious!

We got in late, about 8.30pm, just before they closed at 9pm, so the belt was mostly slowing down, but we could order off menu. English menu card available and staff quickly gave it to us, making the choices easy by pointing at card.

Some good value meals and service inside an onsen near the train station, just a few minutes walk east. Had the set meal that had a lot of variety and dessert for only 1700: stewed meat, egg custard, steamed egg, shashimi (a bit tiny) tempura, soup, rice, fish, pickles. My stay nearby had a coupon so I came and didnât regret it.

After a long day in Naoshima island we finally back Uno port and check in hotel. Then I start searching around the port area for diner.Family owned Japanese restaurant, very nice friendly ,humble and innocent. The hand made sushi are amazing while the steamed whole fish taste very very local and natural.Price is very good , the place is very cozy highly recommend!!!

This is a family run restaurant; diner-like setting, 5-6 tables with absolutely amazing food. This has been one of the best meals I have had in Japan. I had what they refer to as the âsetâ menu with mackerel. The fish was cooked and seasoned perfectly. I was very impressed with the pickled radishes and garnishes.Fantastic meal.
