Convenience is the thing to remember here. Are there better pizza places in town? Of course, but you can walk in and walk back out with whatever here and it's always hot. So if you're in a hurry, this place is a winner.
Nice place for couples. Not really geared towards large groups which I actually like since it kept it more intimate. Can select from wines on the menu or from a variety of bottles displayed. We chose a bottle from the display and were not disappointed. The menu is small plates. I would've preferred something with crackers as all the selections came with bread.
Picked up one of their 16â all the way pizzas here last night. Cost was $20, which is certainly reasonable. It was ready in 30 minutes and the toppings were generous. Dough is not homemade and the flavor is not anything over the top or memorable. Our pizza tonight needed to be baked a bit longer, as the dough was a little chewy. Not a bad experience, but nothing that makes you want to go back next week for another one.
We ordered delivery from here to our hotel since by the time we checked in everything nearby was closed for the night. We got a large one topping pizza, breadsticks with sauce, and a 2 liter Pepsi. The delivery was quick enough but there were no plates and the pizza had been over sauced so it dripped all over. We also didn't get any utensils. The breadsticks were dry. This is a place that I would recommend only if others are closed!
If you are anywhere within 50 miles of Zanesville, Ohio you have to eat here! It is worth the drive and then some! Amazing food! Locally owned in the downtown area. Easy to get to. Their website says it best. "We don't use any gimmicks or shortcuts with our food. Our food is made fresh using real ingredients and old family recipes. Come visit Antonino and Vincenzo for authentic Italian food and hand tossed pizza." Nothing fancy but a nice place. Great, friendly, fast service. Menu includes appetizers, a variety of pizzas, several pastas, calzones, and desserts. Their marinara sauce, meatballs, and dough is made in house. We got a pepperoni calzone and a sausage roll which were good sized. The marinara was the best either of us had ever tasted. I wanted to lick the bowl! The ingredients are fresh and plentiful. This was some of the best food we've ever eaten. The prices are very reasonable. We got our 2 sandwiches, 2 draft beers, and a cannoli for under $24. We travel a lot and always look for locally owned restaurants. This was an excellent choice! I just can't say enough about Picnic Pizza! Just wished we lived closer. Oh, and the cannoli was mouth watering and delicious!

Love this place! Excellent wood fire pizza! It is personal size but to me, I never walk out still hungry and I always have a few pieces leftover to take home! You can create your own pizza or order a specialty pizza, I highly suggest the margaritha pizza! Fresh basil, mozzarella cheese and the best tomato sauce! You can also order salads, cookies and they have a good beer selection too!

We stopped here on a cross-country trip for our lunch break. Olive Garden is a favorite of ours for their soup and salad. The food was ample and delicious. What really made our visit special was our server - Terra W. She was fabulous. Friendly, efficient, attentive and personable. Everyone else we encountered there was also great, but Terra W. was their shining star.

We made a trip here from out of town, two carloads of us, only to see a note on the door that they were closed. I would say that inconvenience is a mild way to put it. This was on a Saturday night and while we were pondering what to do, several other cars pulled in and had the same reaction as we did. At least something couldâve been put on their website if they were going to be unexpectedly closed.
