This is not different than many Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut use to be a place we loved but most of the properties, including this one, needs a major overhaul/ upgrade. Full renovations would be nice. In addition, over the years the pan pizza has gone down hill. Not sure if they are cheating out or not taking the time to prep it but the crust is not what it once was. Would not be surprised to see them all gone at some point soon.
Where to eat Italian food in Defiance: The Best Restaurants and Bars
After a long day out, we came back to our hotel and decided to get something to eat. My husband asked at the desk about delivery in the area and was told Marco's was good. We ordered 2 subs, cheesy bread & soda. The food came fast and was delivered right to our room. The subs were good but the cheesy bread was not cut all the way through and did not have much cheese. There were no napkins either.

The pizza is good but the lefty bread is fabulous. We get take out often but dined in this time. There is nothing fancy or unique about the service or the seating but it is clean and comfortable. They only have thin paper plates and cheap plastic forks which feel like they will break when you attempt to use them to eat the pizza. Not a huge deal... but I would prefer real table service when I eat at a dine in restaurant. The delivery drivers hang out at the corner of the counter which seems kinda odd and stalkerish when they watch you while ordering.

The owner went out of his way to insult me the last (definitely!) time I frequented this place. Further more, when my wife got a take out order, he followed her out of the place, berating her all the way. Another time we ate in the restaurant and were actively "encouraged" to LEAVE as we finished our last bite of food, having not finished our beverages. We were not belligerent or disrespectful, so I am unsure of the source of his anger, other than we work in the medical clinic across the street. I will eat Chef Boy-Ar-Dee out of a can before ever going here again. Stay away, run away. My last visit was way before March 2014, but that is the earliest I could put.

They have a wide variety of items on the menu. They have the best subs in Defiance. My husband loves the pizza. My daughter loves the spaghetti. All the appetizers we have tried have always been good. And they have the best ranch sauce. I don't know where they get it, but it is really good. The area they have to "eat in" is very small. I would recommend having the order delivered. It's free delivery and takes around 45 minutes to get the order. They are a little over priced. So make sure to ask about the specials.
I was hoping for passable food but what I had was mostly pretty great. The waitress said they make practically everything fresh when you order it. Makes all the difference with breaded dishes. The chicken Parmesan is juicy and actually tastes like chicken. Same with the eggplant. Good sauce and plenty of melted cheese perfect these dishes. The menu is enormous and includes pizza, steak, prime rib, veal, seafood and chicken. You can get combo plates that allow you to try several things, something more restaurants should do. However, donât expect to see anything that wouldnât have been on a traditional Italian restaurant menu 40 years ago. I wasnât as crazy about the Alfredo sauce but the shrimp in the dish were, again, fresh and tasty. Salad was just a little iceberg loaded with mozzarella and black olives. Iâd have preferred better greens with the outstanding creamy Italian dressing. The waitress was very attentive, friendly and informative. The biggest flaw is the decor, which badly needs freshening. There was even a musty smell, which could have been due to the restaurant having just opened after its 3-day closure. Nevertheless the food will bring me back often.
