For starters I want to say the mashed potatoes are excellent. I think they must have truffle butter in them. This is an overall great establishment. I had the Wangu Grass Fed steak and added a lobster tail. I only wish I had told them to grill it. Thatâs how I love all my lobster. Overall, great place from the valet, to the hostess, to our waiter.

What began in Chicago in 1978 is now one of the most award-winning steakhouses around. For over 30 years, Morton's The Steakhouse has been on a mission to provide "The Best Steak⦠Anywhere." Focusing on quality, consistency and genuine hospitality, Morton
Extremely disappointed. Service was mediocre, when asked about the potatoes were told matter of factly that they were all good, no further explanation. Our server did not seem happy to be at work, it was a bit uncomfortable. Asked about traditional surf and turf with filet and lobster was told it was not an option instead of server suggesting the filet and lobster oscar minus the bearnaise sauce, but after I asked if I was able to get that without the the sauce, I was told I could. Food was very bland, but the steaks were cooked perfectly. Lobster was bland and claws were dry. Dinner with one side, the filet and lobster oscar, one ribeye, two beers plus tip was $180. Very disappointing for an expensive meal and mediocre service. Likely will not be back.

The Hyde Park was an easy walk through the pleasant down town streets of Cleveland from our Hotel. The service was outstanding, quickly greeted by our server with a friendly welcome. The server guided us through the menu and offered suggestions. We both had filets which arrived cooked to our desired temperature. A tasty surprise was the balsamic dressing served on their wedge salad. This is an upscale restaurant with great food and service.

With emphasis on local, organic sourcing and simple straightforward presentations, Urban Farmer redefines the modern Cleveland steakhouse. The ambiance is at once a tribute to the quaintness of a restored farmhouse and the aesthetic audacity of mid-20th c
Six of us went for dinner on a weeknight. The space is attractive. The wait staff was warm, welcoming and professional. The portions were ample. The prices are very high. With those prices comes expectations. There were some gems. The charcuterie and cheese boards were eclectic and interesting. But not fabulous. My mistake. I ordered fish at a steakhouse. It was dry, over cooked, and nearly impossible to get the fleshy meat of the fish. Maybe it has something to do with it coming from Lake Erie. The sides were flavorful, but some gloppy, and laden with fat and calories. Nothing light and pleasantly surprising. My colleagues were smarter and had meat. No one raved. Again, with prices of this height come expectations of food to match. But it wasnât even close. I would never go back.

Visited here for the first time the first weekend in September. The food and service was top notch. My brother and I took out 14 year old daughters for their birthday. We started with oysters, a salad and a couple kinds of shelled crab legs. For entrees the girls both got the filet and shared some whipped potatoes. I have the poke tuna and my brother had the diver scallops. This place is awesome. Closed on Sundays and highly recommend reservations.

I was attending a genealogy conference at the Hilton and the evening I found the Chop, I was walking around the downtown former warehouse district looking for a decent place to eat dinner.and to get more steps on my tracker. I passed a lot of bars but saw the Chop's promising menu outside (although I hadn't realized what I looked at was the lunch menu, my total dining experience was simply marvelous).I was greeted warmly and offered several options for eating, including the large dining room, balcony out back, and more. My hostess explained that the balcony overlooked a garden, and that sold me.Although the dinner menu was dominated by steaks and chops, which I don't care for, I found a crab cake entree. When I asked if I could have an alternative to the creamed spinach and fried carbs, my professional and friendly server, Sean, suggested the chef could make me sauteed spinach and house-made cornbread. Sean also said I could have house-made Buffalo sauce instead of the aioli. Deal!OMG: The two plump crab cakes were the best I have ever eaten (and I have eaten crab cakes in some of the finest restaurants anywhere). These were made of truly lump crab meat and so-o-o-o delicious. The Buffalo sauce was out of this world. The sauteed spinach was fresh and perfectly seasoned. And the cornbread, oh, the cornbread! It, too, was house-made and served as an individual large round in its own baking pan. I told Sean that I would eat only one little piece of it, but you know exactly what happened. Yum!All through dinner on the balcony, I could gaze at the lovely garden and the outside walls of what once were brick warehouses, but now tastefully refurbished condo/apartment buildings. What a fabulous and relaxing meal.If you don't eat at the Cleveland Chop, you will miss a wonderful dining experience.

When I find the perfect combination of atmosphere, service and food, I search for a sixth star. Red deserves it.With the wall length windows open, the hightop tables were in perfect position to people watch.Joey, the waiter, had a command of the menu and wine list that was greatly appreciated. His pleasant style added to a great evening.Ah, the food. The prime steaks delivered all that they promised. The four other items we ordered (mussels, au gratin potatoes, green beans with pepper flakes and the dessert mini donuts) were all excellent. Next time I am in Cleveland, I will be at Reds.
