We stopped at Condado for lunch -- it was our first time visiting. Our waitress was upbeat and fun, and explain clearly how to order and what her recommendations were. We ordered the trio of starters (guacamole, salsa and queso). Corn salsa wasn't our favorite, but it was very fresh. Guacamole and queso were excellent. For tacos, we ordered a build-yourself with ground beef and cheese; and then the "ooey-gooey," "el tradicional," and "lucy's fire." The last two were our preferred. Overall, we can see why this place is busy -- great location and very friendly service. And then, of course, the tacos are tasty.

Really good food in a funky atmosphere. There were a few rooms separating a lot of people. It did get rather loud but thatâs to be expected. I must complain about one thing. Two of our group of four arrived early and told the two hostesses that we were waiting for two others. The two others got there a few minutes latter telling the hostesses the same thing, they were meeting two other ladies. About 20 minutes later we were calling each other to find they had sat us in different rooms.

If you're tired of all the Tex-Mex places with the same menus, same decor, same everything. Chili Verde focuses on New Mexican recipes and they do a great job on everything. They are the only restaurant in town that serves roasted green chilies in a number of entrees and they can be added to almost anything. Several options for vegetarians and they are happy to adapt other meals to not include meat. Service is consistently friendly and fast. Highly recommended.

Very small portion sizes for a large price tag. Service was fast and friendly. Cheese quesadilla was good. Overall, they have flavorless, expensive food.
