Nope. OUTSTANDING Thai food. And yes, it's in Saylor Park. My brother and his wife took us there for a birthday celebration. My world-traveler hubby who generally has few kind words for local restaurants couldn't stop praising this place, saying it's definitely the best food he's had since moving here 13 years ago. He had the roast duck curry and anchovy fried rice. I had the Eggplant Ginger. Not only wss the food excellently prepared, the presentations were extraordinary. You see that thing on the plate that looks like a rose? It's made out of carrots. Seriously! So listen up, all you Eastsiders! Get your GPS and passports ready and head west for a really wonderful culinary experience.

Since our birthday boy lives in Lawrenceburg, IN; we chose Sakura for his birthday dinner. The hibachi chef was entertaining and fun with our group but the food was not very flavorful and the waitress service was poor. We ordered chicken, shrimp, filet, scallops and fried rice from the hibachi menu. The food was just ok. Seems like a bit more garlic or other seasonings could help. The waitress did not refill drinks or check on us until the hibachi chef was done cooking. There are other hibachi and sushi places in the IN, OH, KY tri-state area. My suggestion is skip Sakura. Your tastebuds will thank you.

Bamboo is the closest non-hibatchi Asian restaurant to our home off the Harrison/Rybolt exit. We discovered it quite by mistake, didnt know there was a restaurant there. I assume it has opened recently. That said, we were very impressed with our meal. The
We ate a late lunch at around 3:30 complete w/ tea and several specialities. We started won tons and a homemade dipping sauce. The service was fast and the servings huge, even we opted for the lunch portion. Everything was tasty. The prices were reasonable too.

I got the Mixed Fried Rice, with extra Crunchy noodles, it was very good, and huge, I would order this again, not the best I've had at a Chinese place, but still pretty good, planning to try the Buffet soon, service was fast & friendly when I walked in to order, looked clean inside also.
