Momocho serves award winning modern mexican cuisine / located in the historic ohio city neighborhood / dinner 6 nights a week + weekday happy hour from 5pm-630pm / seasonal outdoor patios / reservations accepted for parties of 6 or less / viva momocho!
My husband and I were staying close by and our airbnb host recommended Momocho for happy hour. Unfortunately we weren't able to make it there during their happy hour but we did make it for some margaritas afterwards. Absolutely amazing! The place is small, but packs in a bunch of tables. Although we didn't eat there, the food smelled and looked delicious.

New restaurant, just opened up 3 weeks ago. I don't believe they have a website yet, but they do have a Facebook page
Was enticed to stop by Barrios for dinner & eat on the patio during the first sunny day following many rainy days. The hostess said it would be a 10-15 minute wait but we were seated within 5 minutes. I was SO excited to create the perfect combo (for $3!!!!) from the list of many unique tastes. I didn't read the menu closely enough though and selected tofu, rice, and beans as the base of my bowl without realizing only 1 "protein" was included and each additional protein was extra (didn't expect rice to count as a protein). My boyfriend and I noted lots of staff helping on the busy evening we visited (busing tables, delivering food and drinks, seating guests, etc) - but there were times I felt our table was a little un-attended too.The salsa served with the chips were different and GOOD. It was more of a sauce than a chunky salsa - I normally prefer the chunkier salsas but I could have eaten this plain!Overall, the food was good. Not sure it quite lives up to the hype though. Open late, so I'll keep it in mind for a late night option in the future.

Iâd heard a lot of recommendations for Mabelâs so I thought Iâd give it a try. Unfortunately, I didnât make a dinner reservation but was told the full dinner menu was available at the bar. So off I went. To be very clear, the guys working the bar were very attentive and offered great service. They couldnât have been better. My rating is simply because I didnât think the food was very good â if not overrated. I tried the âThis is Clevelandâ along with Fried Potatoes and Baked Beans for sides. The food came out greasy and not as flavorful as I expected. The barbecue was good, not great. With so many other places to try, I doubt Iâll be back.

From the minute we sat down our waitress was so bubbly, and cheery, and full of energy, we just loved her. She explained how the restaurant worked and everything went smooth. We ordered the 3 amigos, and 6 different tacos. Everything was great. Loved the fact that everybody got what they wanted. Only suggestion is to come up with some sort of dessert taco to top everything off.
