This is a take out restaurant with excellent food! The service is fast and friendly. The chicken Schwarma bowl with the traditional sauce and toppings is my favorite. Also, the prices are extremely reasonable, especially for the portion size that they give you!

Aladdin's Eatery

I have eaten at the Highland Square location years ago and remembered it was good. Back in the area for a few months and went with a friend for dinner. She had lentil soup, and the tuna salad. I ordered a specialty dish, steak with hummus, chopped tomato, pine nuts and pita bread. It is marketed as an entree. Well the service was decent until it came time to get a to go box. My friend had her soup prior taken back by server and put in a container. Same with her salad and brought back in a bag. I had to ask twice for a container that got dropped off at the table. Nothing to put my leftover pita bread in and no bag until I asked for it. No reason for the uneven service, no complaints were made etc... Now to the food. The lentil soup was said to taste like it came from a can, very bland. The tuna salad was very nicely plated and good. My steak hummus dish was 80 % hummus 15% steak, 4% tomato and 1% pine nuts. It was more of an appetizer if I wanted to order a big plate of hummus for dinner then I would have chosen a appetizer. It was not worth the 12 dollars period. Maybe I would try the tuna salad at a different location but I did not like the preferential service nor my entree.
