Traveling through Cincinnati, we were ready for a late lunch. This was some of the best Mexican food we've ever tried. The food had just enough heat to complement the flavors. My dish had both grilled steak and grilled chicken. Both had wonderful flavor. My husband had chicken and was equally pleased. Service was very fast. We'll stop here again if we're in this area.

Went in with no expectations, expecting yet another run-off-the-mill Mexican place with minimal choice of authentic fare. Pleasantly surprised with the largest choice of Mexican food I've seen on a menu. Table-side guacamole is simply mind-blowing. Went twice in a matter of 3 days (once with a large group and again with family). Between these 2 trips sampled a variety of dishes and each one was better than the other. The biggest surprise was the size of the check for both visits. Absolutely worth the $ paid...

Inspired by Mexican Street Fare & Craft Tequila.
Tahona seemed to have a variety of tacos, so I gave it a try for lunch. They were good, but nothing special. The steak taco was the best of three I tried. The inside is a little boring, but the patio was nice. Maybe best for a quick lunch or snack.
