I eat here with friends, and we always enjoy the food. The flavors are just wonderful. Everything always tastes fresh and delicious. The drinks from the bar are also very good. I have had some memorable special martinis. I highly recommend this restaurant.

At Kanji Japanese Steakhouse, we strive to provide you and your friends and family with an exquisite Japanese meal, authentic Hibachi, and we are the area's best sushi restaurant. We offer an exciting dining experience, as well as ice cold drinks and Japa
We went with a family member, and we were waiting for them to arrive. You cannot be seated without your entire group....which seemed to make no difference as the group before us got seated but had to wait until our people showed up, so why we couldn't wait and sit, I have no idea. The food is good though. I would say it is an excellent restaurant, I don't like the sauces as much as the ones at Benihana, but the food is good. Prices are also pretty good. I loved the soup and the fried rice. I ordered my steak rare, and told him, 30 seconds a side to sear and serve it....and even tried to tell him he was cooking it too long. When I got it, it was way overcooked for me. The chef took it back and provided me with an entirely new steak. That was very nice. They serve a LOT of food. I would say the filet is really TWO filets so you might want to share a plate! I noticed a lot of folks did that.
I pretty well traveled having visited every state in the U.S. Including A&H and many many overseas locations. That said I'm am completely baffled why there is only two awesome (very, very different but still awesome) areas in the U.S. For Chinese food. Those places are California, more specifically central California, and New England! I can't believe that not a single potential Chinese reasturant has tried to copy the style of fried rice served throughout New England along with the incredible 3 inch thick egg rolls and the awesome chicken fingers. Some places around the country have okay main dishes, but nothing compares to the two ares mentioned and nobody else can begin to compare on appys! Lol! This may be one of my most reckless and harsh reviews ever, but just throwing it out there.
