This little "hole in the wall" place is a charmer - there's no parking in the front, all the parking is in the rear - and that's how you enter from the parking lot. "Mary" was very friendly and attentive, and suggested the house specialty of Stromboli's - create your own or one of their own concoctions - excellent - the pineapple made it for the Hawaiian Stromboli. This place has a charm all it's own - must do!

I ate here last night and was blown away again by the service, food, drinks, and ambiance!!! Lee was my server and did a tremendous job!!! He was always making sure I was OK and ready to take my newest order on a moments notice!! IO started off with their potato salad and BBQ sliders, plus a couple of great wines!!! The food was so good that I balked on my order of their great salad and ordered the same thing again!!! Twice in a row!!! It was THAT GOOD!!!! Corey was the bartender and also did a great job!!! I actually asked Corey if he could change the TV to the golf game at Torrey Pines and within 30 seconds, the golf game was on!!! This place is small so you need to get there early to get a great table!!! The food and drinks are simply outstanding!!!! There are a lot of seats at the bar but I prefer my own table!!! Thanks again to all!!!!! Super!!!!!

This place has been opened long enough to have worked out the kinks, but they haven't yet. We have visited twice now. Both times we sat at the bar and had drinks and shareables. The beer they are having brewed for them is very good. Good enough for us to come back a second time. The food honestly isn't anything special.I see lots of potential here once they get their serving issues ironed out and up their food game. Otherwise, I can see it as just a place to sit on the patio and drink beer in the warmer months.

Seasonal Menu featuring scratch made, locally sourced items. Weekly Specials.
Never knew this place existed, and we were out barhopping and noticed it above the coffee shop.Cool vibe and basic bar drinks. No pretense, nothing fancy. Feels like you stepped back 30+ years in time. Cheap prices!Food available and racks of bagged snacks on the back bar wall. Friendly clientele. We had a good time. A family member did state that the owner likes to drink near closing and called certain patrons a racially divisive word. Forwarded is forearmed.

Basic breakfast menu. We were hoping to enjoy mimosas, but no luck here. Typical, but tasty breakfast dishes. Itâs nice to have a breakfast option in the area as we were passing through town. The service could have been better, like coffee refills and bringing our bill once our dishes had all been picked up from the table.

Da wife and I stopped in for a short break during a day trip to see the Delaware Arts Festival (very fun! Go!). We have several OBON's back home in Hilliard, Ohio. The food looked pretty much the same here. They have a very nice patio for people watching.

First visit and deciding if I would visit again. This visit we had their burgers and were just okay. Not sure if was type of burger I ordered or what? Western style with BBQ, Bacon and Cheese. Fries were decent. Great location downtown, service and casual atmosphere though.

I ate dinner here last night and actually imbibed in some great beers!!! (before my wines!!!) . My server was Kylie and she was great!!! She was super-attentive and had a great personality!!! I let her pick out my beers for me and my only guidance was I wanted something unusual. She brought me an English Flannel and it actually was excellent. Next was the Smelly Pirate and it tasted a lot like gingerbread!!!!! I did ask for something different!!!!!! My meal was the Harvest Salad with chicken and I had a couple of wines with that. I sat outside the whole time and it was a very cool place to observe everyone, eat, and drink!!!! This is a cool place!!!!!!!

We stopped in while attending the Delaware Arts Festival (Highly recommended! Good fun! Lots of chances to meet and pet dogs!). We had a couple drinks. We thought it was a Mediterranean place but it seemed more Mexican. Looks like they make their own hot sauce. Iâd have liked to tried one but didnât have a spoon. Fun place to stop in. Thereâs a BBQ place with a patio right next door.Weâd love to have you back and turn your 3-star to a 5-star! At 12 West we prepare a fusion of Mexican cuisine and southwest fare. If we can have you back, weâd would love to share our hot sauce and the rest of our menu with you! ;)
