The Bier Stube Welcomes you from the time we open at 11 am until the time we close at 2:30 am! Offering over 60 different draft beers and an amazing atmosphere along with food from the House of Eats (located with in Bier Stube).
I love coming to the Bier Stube. There are over 50 or 60 different types of draft beer. I like how they change up their selection. They have every type of beer you can think of including ciders. The food is excellent and the bartenders are super cool.

Everything our large group ordered was well prepared and delicious. The brussels sprouts were especially tasty and the meatloaf was moist and tender. Our young waiter was excellent- very friendly, yet professional and he knew his stuff, which speaks to training. Definitely need to return to try the cheeseburger!

I visited here with my wife and dad for lunch in December, and had an awful experience. I previously reviewed this place shortly after our visit, and I was eventually contacted by the restaurant's manager. I was sent a generic email asking about my experience to which I responded, but never received a follow up! We won't return to this place again! When we arrived we were the only people in the restaurant. We ordered within 10 minutes, but still had to wait another 30 to get any food. My wife and I both got burgers, and both had digestion issues and upset stomachs within an hour of eating. Both burgers (ordered as "medium") were extremely "well done", and had absolutely no seasoning or flavor. We would've loved to complain to our server, but we didn't even see her until she dropped the bill off (which meant no drink refills for the hour we were there either!). We will not be returning!!!Chad, we apologize for your very bad experience. It is not what we are known for. We can address these issues at the restaurant. I would enjoy the opportunity to make things right with you. Feel free to call me at 419-874-1933 or email at [email protected]'s is locally owned and we care about our guests. Please give us an opportunity to show you.rob
Recently ate here with family on a trip out to Toledo. We had a large group including small children and the restaurant was easily able to accommodate us. The food here is very good and reasonably priced. The quesadillas are large (!), especially when you order a full as opposed to half. Unlimited chips and salsa are provided and the wraps are really good (comes with the choice of one side, I highly recommend the honey lime coleslaw). Overall, this is a cozy spot for a casual night out.

Frickers is without a doubt a sports bar, through and through. Ribs and chicken are prevalent throughout the menu. I went to this location during a Wednesday lunch time, and had no problems getting seated immediately, although it was busy. The service was quick, from seating, to having a server greet me, to getting my order in, and to receiving my food. The server was also very friendly. I had a chicken Caesar salad, which was good, although I would have liked a bit more chicken on the salad.Overall not a bad place for a good, quick lunch. I think watching a game and having a drink or two would also work out well here!

Very good cocktails. Lunch and afternoon is a good time to stop by as it's less busy and getting a seat at the bar or table is easy. I like to stop by for a 145 Manhattan and work on some studying or busy work. Always great service. Snacks are very good.

The food was tasty and typical bistro food. The first time we visited right after opening for dinner, the food was delicious. When I returned for lunch the service was slow, the atmosphere was less noisy, but the sandwiches were average tasting.

Shawn's Irish Tavern looks a lot like most Irish taverns in Toledo. It's a sports bar with Irish beer signs on the wall. The connection to Irish cuisine is negligible and Shawn's is no exception. The good news is, the mostly Italian menu is very well executed. Calzones on the lunch specials are a real value and come with a FREE cup of soup. More good news, the soups are made fresh daily and they are excellent. Wednesday's chicken taco is a real treat. Pizzas are above average and are crafted with quality ingredients. When they're busy, they rush cooking times so ask for your pizza to be cooked well done.Service is very good as well. In for lunch? Ask for Matthew.Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Very nice, lively atmosphere. Loved the kale salad with chicken. The server was very nice and friendly. Lots of drink options: beers or mixed drinks. If it's nice enough, sit on the patio! Check this place out in Sylvania! FYI: You'll have to find street parking or park in one of the free lots and walk over, which is not far.
