Melt opened in September 2006 with one goal: To provide gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches and as many beers as possible in a cool and comfortable environment. No bar food. No boring choices on tap. And something for everyone: it's Cleveland-friendly, slig
Went back to Melt, and just went with the Melt Burger. Service was faster this time (they were dead). The burger combined with the buttered bread, was just too greasy, and I can handle a little grease. Fries were good. Just really not impressed with this place. Perhaps grilled cheeses will have a better result. With lots to choose from in Beavercreek, I don't see myself returning.

As a meeting place for a few beers after work, W O is OK. There are clearly a lot of regulars here, with distinct crowds from WSU and WPAFB that keep to themselves. Food is not great, standard bar food...wings, sandwiches, and I think I saw a pizza. If I order food, it's the wings. The place can be noisy, hard to carry on a conversation at times. I am very disappointed to continue to see a large "gun free zone" sign on the front door, but this is the owner's right. This alone will keep me personally from returning in most cases, a comment I'm sure the owner has heard before.

Everyone enjoyed their meal after we were moved from the open window area. It was close to sunset and it was a very sunny area. The sun was blinding for one person so we were moved to another part of the dining room. The burgers were cooked exactly as ordered. The fries were hot. It was an enjoyable meal.We are so happy to hear you had a positive experience at MacKenzie River Pizza, Grill & Pub. Thank you for taking the time to share, and we hope to see you again soon.

I really like the setup of the restaurant with the order counter and beer tap area. The food is a little pricey for the size of sandwich that you receive. The food was just ok. Nothing special or interesting to bring me back. If sandwich had more meat like some delis or the price was more reasonable I would return. The location is not the best for takeout. No place to park nearby.

The wings were delicious and service excellent. It was a little noisy because they were doing a live trivia event and another group picking fantasy football teams. We will definitely go here again when in town.

The service was excellent. We had a young wright State University college masters degree student that could not have been better.I had the 10" deluxe pizza which was excellent. My wife had a chicken sandwich made especially for her as it was not an menu item. Very good.Three of our friends shared a toco pizza and loved it. One friend had the Reuben sandwich which looked delicious to me and he said it was very good. He eat it all and it looked huge. Another friend had the grilled cheese and fries. He said it was very delicious. All in all, we had a wonderful time in a great and friendly restaurant with very friendly and great service.I highly recommend.

Went here for a real estate meeting in the function room. My server, Ariel, did a nice job in the middle of chaos. My buffalo wrap was tastyââcame with good chips. Not bad.

6pm Friday/6 people: not greeted, but found our own table; drink orders taken, served shortly there after. Given time to peruse the menu and orders taken. Also ordered FF mushrooms as appetizer. Served within a reasonable amount of time. Quantity and Quality of mushrooms was good. Meals served shortly thereafter. I had a Rueben which was fair compared to previous ones I've had here; something was different but have not been able to put my finger on it. Server kept checking on us for any needs, but not to the extent of being an annoyance. Others were satisfied with their sandwich selections.
