This is all about expectations. If you go to a chain, expectations should be as such. But comparatively to other BWW this site is below average. It all has to do with service, which is bad. The food is pretty constant, but for the love of god, get some friendly engaged workers. Not the worst I ever been to, at least it appeared clean, but upgrade the staff. Be back??? Why????

Stopped here for a late dinner. Server Michael was excellent and friendly. Kept my drink filled and made sure we had everything. Food was very good and cooked to order. Very pleased. So much better than the previous manager. Place is clean.

My daughters and I had our first Steak & Shake and we will definitely be back! The staff is very friendly and helpful and our food was delicious and very reasonably priced. I had the double steakburger and would order it again. My visit here made me wish we had one in our hometown!

I had a really nice breakfast here and as usual Bob Evans delivered. My first server was great, but I guess her shift was over during my visit so another took over who wasn't as good. Had to track down and ask for coffee refill and it's seemed to annoy her when I asked for cream. I never have that at Cracker Barrel. Overall it was good though.

This national chain is not the same. At one time they offered good food with quality portions. Not the perpetrators fault..as I still eat at several RT but if changes aren't made soon I cant see them lasting. The highlight of this particular RT remains in its salad bar.

Travel a lot for business and eat at Applebees a lot. This location is the worst ever. Waited a long time for food and waiter was horrible, food was good and the charged us $24 for the 2 for $22. Take this location off your list, it was not busy on Friday night and now I know why???

It was late, we were hungry, it was across from our hotel, the parking lot was full and we didn't want typical Chain Food fare. What a pleasant find! We were seated promptly, the waitress was so sweet and competent throughout the meal, food arrive in a timely manner, & was hot and delicious. Had a spicy chicken, pasta & spinach dish and would order it again. Also noticed other tables ordering sandwiches and fries that looked nice.

We ate here for dinner and tried the buffalo ranch wings and the garlic parmesan wings. The buffalo ranch flavor of traditional wings were excellent. Their burgers, meatball sandwich, and reuben were also fine. Interesting decor with lots of TVs. Good service, too. A great alternative to chain restaurants if you are in the area.

The moment we walked in here, it just felt cozy and relaxing. The lights were dim but not to the point where you couldn't enjoy your visit. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. And the food was superb! The rolls they brought you are so amazing! The salad was great, their house Italian was a great choice! I got 12 oz top sirloin, and so did my husband. I added onions to mine and they brought a huge bowl of them and they were also delicious! I was going to order the 9 oz gusses choice sirloin but our waitress explained that people usually complain that it is tough and that it is different than the top sirloin which is the 12 ounce one. So we order the 12 oz top sirloin and it was very tasty. Not tough at all. We ordered steamed vegetables and they were so great! Big portion of food! So glad we tried here, never ate here before and we will definitely eat here again!

My sister and I went for breakfast. When we first walked in we were greeted by all the waitresses standing behind the counter!! We both had the country fried chicken with hash browns and eggs.. very yummy down home cooking! The portions are large with fair prices! As we were walking out all the greeters said goodbye.
