We were here on a Monday night about 6:30pm. We were seated by the hostess that just showed up to our table and set down a stack of menus and placemats and silverware. We sat there for a while then our server Dena came to take our drink orders. Well, the place was mighty empty and the service was mighty slow. Our order was taken and we waited. When the order did come, the chicken order was wrong and the wildfire chicken salad was wrong but we didn't want to wait any longer for replacements. We ate, my coffee cup was empty for quite a while, we finished and we left. I think this was my first trip to a Bob Evans that I was disappointed with my service.

My wife and I visit Cleveland once or twice a year and always stay in Independence, just a few minutes from downtown. We are always looking for new places to eat. We met a couple at breakfast from Lousiana who said that they ate at Yours Truly and raved about it. Based on their feedback we made plans to eat there

Opened in December, 2012, The Oak Barrel is an independent, locally owned property that is changing the way people eat out. Labeled by some as a "gastropub", the most accurate terms to describe The Oak Barrel are Brasserie and Tap house, which were chosen
I was starving after flying in from Denver and having eaten only a sad airport burrito many hours earlier. I'm sitting here in my hotel now with a full belly and happy memories of the Dr. Pepper braised pork shank I ate at The Oak Barrel. Tender, flavorful meat on perfectly creamy mashed potatoes, with a scrumptious tangy sauce, as well as a crunchy cole slaw on the side. I wish I could have tried everything on the menu, but you can't go wrong with this pork shank. Service was quick and friendly, atmosphere I'd call "upscale casual." A bit priceyâmy meal was $20âbut my word, so tasty!

The food here is at a higher level than the average breakfast place/diner. Thick cut bread, very flavorful bacon (pork belly), and hash browns are actually chunks of deep fried potato. Service was great! Came around and refilled our coffee a couple of times. My only suggestion would be that they offer something on the menu for more health conscious folks. Everything was high sugar and high fat offerings.

My dinner and the others with men were fabulous. The Sea Bass was cooked on a wood fire grill, had a light sauce on it and was done perfectly. The house salad dressing was great and the salad itself was not just lettuce but with other ingredients as well. The service was spot on for being a busy night.

4 of us stopped in on a Sunday for Lunch. Seated immediately and a waitress greeted us promptly and took our drink order.Back with drinks quickly and we ordered. I had the Corned beef sliders from the appetizer menu and the Loaded Latkes from the appetizer menu as well. This was plenty of food. The Potato pancakes (latkes) were cooked properly and had chunks of corned beef on top with scallions and an egg. The last time I had the potato pancakes here, they were very greasy. Not this time. Sliders were good as well. All of us enjoyed our food and the service was very good. It was not crowded at all at this time of day so it is hard to say how efficient the service would be when really crowded. Our bill for 4 people was $79.18 not including tip.We would definitely go back.Roger, thanks for the kind words! We're thrilled to hear how much you enjoyed the Corned Beef Sliders and Loaded Latkes/overall experience with us. We hope to see you again.

8/16/19; Friends picked us up from the airport and we drove straight to the Lizard. Great beer selection and food. It was Wednesday night and ribs were on special ($8.49) half slab. WOW they were very good and I have had a lot of ribs in my life. It is just a fun place.

Melt opened in September 2006 with one goal: To provide gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches and as many beers as possible in a cool and comfortable environment. No bar food. No boring choices on tap. And something for everyone: it's Cleveland-friendly, slig
So hands down order the 1/2 Cleveland Cheese Steak with the 1/2 hand tossed salad with ranch! No question the best. The Cleveland Cheese is made with braised pulled brisket, garlic mushrooms, sautéed onions, rosemary onion aioli with some provolone. And they have a very deep beer selection to wash it all down!

Our experience at Delmonicoâs was everything we expected - delicious food, friendly service and a high end experience with every detail covered. The salmon was perfectly cooked, my husbandâs spaghetti and meatballs was one of the best heâs ever had and the oysters were fresh & well cleaned. I would highly recommend Delmonicoâs for any special occasion or date night.

Lockkeepers, a Cleveland tradition, features Italian cuisine in a comfortable, yet sophisticated setting.
The three of us visited LockKeepers for Fatherâs Day lunch and had an amazing meal. The service, location and beauty of the restaurant was perfection. During our meal my son got a bit of tomato sauce on his white shirt. Within minutes our server brought a small platter with water baking soda and a white napkin. How did she know!? WOW factor. Never had that happen! My husband and I are originally from this area and visited from Madison, Wisconsin. We went to LockKeepers ages ago when they were much, much smaller. WOW! What a gem. If youâre looking for an upscale, cozy place go to LockKeepers! Makes me wish we live closer, but we will return when we visit again. 5+++++ stars.
