The Pappy Burger is thick and juicy with melted cheddar and chipotle mayo. Comes with lettuce, tomato and onion. Very good filling single but also available as a double and triple. The fries were lacking and the all you can eat white fish had a tasteless breading. Good options for cold draft beer and beer by the can is $1.75 every day.Excellent service.

I was worried that âThe Pubâ would have a limited menu but the special of scallops and Asiago grits dismissed my concerns. We enjoyed sirloin burgers, buffalo chicken wraps and a Philly cheesesteak. Sides went beyond homemade chips to sweet potato fries and Brussels sprouts. Our server was masterful in explaining the menu and making adjustments. His craft beer recommendations were spot on. We will return next Senior Swimming Championships,

Actually the food is pretty good and the waitresses are very nice. The problem is the kitchen staff. Just too slow for an hour lunch. Buffet is gone which used to get you in and out fast. If you are off work and having a beer and a bite and no big hurry, still a stop for you. If not, move on down the road 3 miles to Mill Dam.

Situated right on Buckeye Lake, you will absolutely feel like you are on vacation here. Enjoy the great bands, watching the boats go by, and the food and drinks are excellent. Try the Pina Colada on a hot day - refreshing! They have some gluten free options, too. The GF pizza is one of the best around. Enjoy!
Chef Shack is a small restaurant attached to Buckeye Lake Brewery. You order at the counter, get a buzzer, and return to pick up your food when it's ready. Everything we've tried on the menu has been outstanding. Our favorite is the burger, we think they are the best in this area. Two patties with just the right toppings and a super yummy sauce, just delicious! The homemade potato chips and french onion dip is also a must try. Pricing is reasonable too. And you can't go wrong with the great selection of beers at the brewery. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. A nice vibe. Highly recommend.
We usually love IHOP for breakfast. However, this is the WORST IHOP we have ever been in. The service was terrible. The server was slow to take our order. Our food took too long to arrive. When the food finally arrived, I was served someone else's food. After everyone else had eaten, I finally got my food. The first bite of my pancake had a long hair cooked in the middle of the pancake. After the pancakes were pushed aside uneaten, I started to eat eggs and toast. The toast was soggy and had green mold on it. The server never did come back to check on us. When she brought us our check, I complained about the food. She had the manager take my food off of our bill. Stay away from this IHOP!!

Wife and I have been here twice. Most recent visit was disapointing in the area of service. Arrived for a late dinner, seating was confusing as the receptionist failed to give specific directions or notify wait staff of new party. She told us to just go in? Once seated, we waited 15 minutes before I had to go get someone to wait on us? More light needed at tables and was disapointed to know that the entertainment stopped at 9:00 p.m?I ordered steak and Mac n Cheese, but Mac n Cheese came out after? One server told us it was because they burned the first batch, the other informed us it was because they wanted it to be fresh? Wife, enjoyed her meal and it seems like the quality of the food has remained high since our visit last year. We did get a free dessert for our troubles but our bill was still extremely high. We feel like the quality of the service has gone down since our last visit but most likely will visit again.

We tried this restaurant because a friend heard about it and wanted to give it a try. It was about 45 minutes away, but it was something different. The prices were very reasonable. My chicken was over cooked and I had to pick the chicken out from the almost burned outer skin. The homemade mashed potatoes and gravy were delicious. My wife had the liver and onions. The liver was dry and pretty tasteless. The service was great. We will NOT be making the drive to visit this restaurant again.

Had wings and pizza here tonight. Wings were very tasty. Pizza is a thin crust and could have been cooked a bit longer, but was good. Enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly service. Would definitely return. Has a nice, diverse menu.

A bunch of hungry swimmers and their families went to Clays for lunch. To start, our waitress was incredibly good; very attentive and seemed to effortlessly anticipate our needs. Now for the food, we ordered sandwiches, quesadillas, pizza, wings, salads and all were excellent. The fries were perfectly cooked. Everyone enjoyed their meals. There were at least five items that I wanted to try on the menu but I tried the quesadilla. It was perfectly grilled. Save room for ice cream. They serve Hersheyâs ice cream and one scoop is really two scoops. The turtle sundae was amazing. In sum we had a great experience. For 4 people, the bill was $58, which may sound high but for the quality of food/dessert and service, I was happy to pay it.
