I'm actually sitting here right now drinking a Phelps Pinot Noir..... I spent $50 on a wine tasting card and am enjoying different wines!!!! This place also has a Bourbon Bar to my left, which I have tried before and found it a ton of fun!!!!!!!!!!!! This place is located in downtown Delaware and is certainly worth the visit... Cathy is the best hostess by far!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She has been here for quite a while!!!!!!!! This is a fun place to come!!!!!!!!!

We shared a special salad (avocado, pineapple, chicken) and the BBQ Meatloaf -- both were quite good, although the meatloaf had a bit too much "filler". Our server was friendly, attentive and efficient. The prices were remarkably low -- the best value for lunch in 35 days of traveling across country.

Da wife and I stopped in for a short break during a day trip to see the Delaware Arts Festival (very fun! Go!). We have several OBON's back home in Hilliard, Ohio. The food looked pretty much the same here. They have a very nice patio for people watching.

First visit and deciding if I would visit again. This visit we had their burgers and were just okay. Not sure if was type of burger I ordered or what? Western style with BBQ, Bacon and Cheese. Fries were decent. Great location downtown, service and casual atmosphere though.

We are a locally owned franchise of J. Gumbo's. We combine great Cajun cuisine with a sense of community and opportunity for others. We have combined our entrepreneurial spirit and desire to provide employment opportunities for people with Developmental D
Delaware has many great places to eat...this isn't one of them. They pretend to sell Cajun and Creole but it isn't. The gumbo would make a person that knows gumbo cry. I know gumbo and it made me sad. My husband had etoufee that was inedible. Save your money until you can afford to go somewhere and get good Cajun food. We are disappointed our food did not meet your standards. Although we have gotten high marks for seven year's, we miss the mark with certain people. As you know, Cajun and Creole is a very varied product across Louisiana and the deep south. You can eat gumbo 10 different places and get it made 10 different ways. You say your husband had Etouffee that was inedible. I would appreciate more information on why that was. I would also like to know when you were in so I can research prep for that day and make sure there were no issues. You can email me at [email protected] you for taking your time to review us.

I ate dinner here last night and actually imbibed in some great beers!!! (before my wines!!!) . My server was Kylie and she was great!!! She was super-attentive and had a great personality!!! I let her pick out my beers for me and my only guidance was I wanted something unusual. She brought me an English Flannel and it actually was excellent. Next was the Smelly Pirate and it tasted a lot like gingerbread!!!!! I did ask for something different!!!!!! My meal was the Harvest Salad with chicken and I had a couple of wines with that. I sat outside the whole time and it was a very cool place to observe everyone, eat, and drink!!!! This is a cool place!!!!!!!

My wife and I stopped here after seeing great reviews. We were seated immediately and the atmosphere was nice. We waited about 10 minutes before ordering drinks but no biggie. Then we ordered our food and after about 45 minutes, the waiter came over and told us there was a printer problem when our order was sent to the kitchen but our food should be out shortly. Then 10 minutes later the 4 top next to us that was seated way after us all got their food. Then the table behind us who was seated after them got their food. At this point we were very annoyed and our waiter was no where to be found. We still had a 2 hour drive to our destination and spent over an hour here and still hadnât eaten. My wife and I ended up leaving without eating and we were very disappointed. I really hope this was a one off fluke and if not, I hope management figures it outTrent, I'm so sorry to hear about your poor experience. This was absolutely a one off fluke, and I'm so disappointed to hear about this. We did have printer issues earlier this month that have since been resolved. Unfortunately, technology sometimes has a mind of its own and can cause problems when it goes down or disconnects. When this happens, although extremely rarely, it sometimes does cause us to fall short. I am confident that as soon as the error was realized, the kitchen was working as fast as they could to put out your food. We are a made from scratch kitchen, and some dishes have a much shorter cook time, which could have resulted in other tables getting their food before you as yours was still cooking. I'm sure your waiter was waiting in the kitchen eagerly for your food, ready to bring it out the second it was ready. I want to apologize one more time, as we are always striving to be 100% our best, and we want every customer to have a five star experience. If you're ever in the area again, we would love to have you again and give you the experience that you read about in many other reviews! We stopped in while attending the Delaware Arts Festival (Highly recommended! Good fun! Lots of chances to meet and pet dogs!). We had a couple drinks. We thought it was a Mediterranean place but it seemed more Mexican. Looks like they make their own hot sauce. Iâd have liked to tried one but didnât have a spoon. Fun place to stop in. Thereâs a BBQ place with a patio right next door.Weâd love to have you back and turn your 3-star to a 5-star! At 12 West we prepare a fusion of Mexican cuisine and southwest fare. If we can have you back, weâd would love to share our hot sauce and the rest of our menu with you! ;)
