This is a great little spot to stop n eat!they serve breakfast all day long. The restaurant is clean as are the bathrooms. When you walk in you are greeted by pastries and pies that are homemade and look fabulous! The wait staff is patient and very nice. Megan was very outgoing and pleasant....personable. Seems there is always a good amount of clientele and appears to be a local favorite.

Had a 70th anniversary party here. The room itself was quite nice although the tables were a bit close together. The wait staff were outstanding! They did everything in their power to make the event flawless. The food was pretty good. I had baked cod. The portion was quite generous and the fish was moist. The sauce was good. My wife had the mushroom and veggie pasta. She found the dish to be quite bland - needed a bit of a kick to it. Others had the chicken and said that it was fine.
Can always count on Subway for a variety of cold/hot subs for takeout or eat-in. The small town of Burton offered very little for couples after 5:00 pm but the Subway was open until 10:00. At least it was convenient!

Mary Yoder's is one of those places you will go back to,simply because it's dependable. The food is always good, pretty much the same and the pies are delicious. The buffet is plentiful but also pretty expensive for the area. If you like fried chicken, pot roast, noodles, and pies you will be thrilled.

My wife and I decided to dine at The Smith on a Saturday night. It's a very warm yet current decor. To our surprise, there were 2 gentlemen tuning up to entertain...one on acoustic guitar and the other with vocals and the occasional harmonica. They were terrific! (I wish I remember their name!!!) The food was creative and tasty and the service was great. At one point, I dropped my fork on the ground. As I began to bend down to pick it up, someone from behind the bar suddenly appeared, swooped up my fork and gave me a new one...his skills were equal to the superhere, 'The Flash'! It was just a great evening and we look forward to going back.

that is all I have the restaurant has been around for some time.
After a long day of holiday shopping a friend recommended this place for lunch. We were not disappointed! The pies rotating in the glass showcase looked great - I wish we would have had room. From salads to the shrimp dinners, everything is super reasonable. Except for the steak, nothing seemed over $8.99.I was craving chili and ordered a bowl (it was laaarge). With a baked potato side. Total cost...$6.00. Delicious! I had a few spoonfuls of my husband's French Onion soup and fell in love with it. Our friends got THREE huge slices of meatloaf w/ their meal and two sides.Staff was friendly and joked around. The fireplace was beautifully decorated for the holidays. We put some money into the fortune telling Love Meter machine in the lobby and had a good laugh. This place is great!

We have eaten at Warren's several times with several groups of people, everyone has always raved about the food. They have gluten free options as well. When the owner found out one of our group was wanting to order the gluten free dessert, he made sure to hold one for her in case they ran out. The service and the food is always exceptional.

Best barbecue in Geauga County! Ribs are consistently fabulous, and their cole slaw is the best anywhere....perfect combination of tangy and slightly sweet. Great service, reasonable prices, in a new, expanded and upgraded setting. Was not crazy about the corn on the cob or the peanut butter bomb dessert, but the onion rings were battered and crisp without being heavy. Prepare to wait for a table. This popular spot is usually jammed.

We happened to stop here on our way home from Cleveland, and had an excellent experience!! We had not been here for years, and they have done a great job with specials, staff, and food quality. We had Lynn as our server and she was an absolute professional, with some wittiness on the side. She took care of our every need and want, but did not intrude in our conversation or meal. The Thursday special is one shared appetizer, two entrees, and a bottle of wine for $44, which is a super deal. We each had a Caesar salad, which was considered one appetizer, and the salads were generous and delicious. The entree menu you can choose from is varied and provides plenty of great options. I chose the chicken piccata, and my husband had the salmon. Both were cooked to perfection and had a delicious taste. We shared a bottle of chardonnay, and were able to take home the wine we could not finish. Overall, this was a delightful experience and we will return with friends.

About midway between Ashtabula and Akron, or between Cleveland and Youngstown, this seemed to be a popular lunch place on a recent Monday. Good burgers with lots of possibilities for interesting toppings, mine came with barbeque sauce and two large onion rings, alongside a huge mound of fries. I don't usually feel qualified to judge a restaurant just from one burger, but my friends and I were glad we stopped there for lunch. I noticed that there is a smaller size burger available on the menu, which would probably have been plenty, and there were some interesting sandwiches and salads offered as well.
