Perfect steak
Reviewed By N MIn the middle of nowhere we found this 5 star restaurant! Perfect food, best quality of meat. The service was nice, and decoration cosy. Im still excited. It was the best steak I ever had. The sides were good seasoned. I can recommend this place to everyone

Seit vielen Jahren unser Lieblingslokal in Nordfriesland
Reviewed By Wilfried KWir waren dieses Jahr wieder wie schon seit vielen Jahren im Winter in Ockholm. Wie jedes Jahr haben wir wieder mehrmals die Mühle in Ockholm zum Abendessen besucht. Seit vielen Jahren werden wir von den Wirtsleuten, Herrn und Frau Diankov, erstklassig mit tollen Gerichten und zuvorkommendem Service versorgt Vom Brathering bis zu raffinierten Lammgerichten bekommt man hier alles, alles ist sehr lecker und sehr schön angerichtet. Auch die Suppen, vor allem die ausgezeichnete Tomatensuppe sind überragend. Die Portionen sind reichlich und das Preisniveau für das Gebotene sehr sehr günstig. Heute ist leider unser letzter Urlaubstag, den wir natürlich mit einem schönen Abendessen in der Mühle ausklingen lassen. Wir freuen uns schon heute wieder auf das nächste Jahr und vor allem auf viele weitere Besuche um Gasthaus zur Mühle in Ockholm.

Great views, great local food
Reviewed By kaysch+ the hotel is built on the main dyke and therefore has excellent views both towards the sea and towards the lakes inland + ferry terminal to North Frisian islands/holms just in front of the hotel + the restaurant is excellent, try pickled herring and north sea shrimps served on ice as a starter + free internet access. Unfortunately there is no WLAN but the staff can provide a cable + modern, spacious rooms + free bottle of water, tea and coffee + free parking + helpful staff + good value for money + in front of the hotel there is also a shower to clean the feet after some walking in the seamud at low tide
