We were slightly disappointed by our visit to this restaurant. Compared to many other Vietnamese restaurants we have visited, Via Saigon's food tended to be slightly tasteless. We tried the pho soup and that was good, but the beef and chicken dishes were very ordinary. There is nothing wrong with the food, but it is not really a place you would consider for a special night out.

Restaurant not far off the main drag in Beziers. Very clean, nicely decorated and a good choice of dishes. I had a delicious Chicken in Caramel Sauce, accompanied by a Kronenbourg (Tsingtao also available). Service was quick (visited on a quiet evening ), and polite. Definitely worth a visit and not too expensive (12⬠for my meal and drink).

Visited 21.30 on a Wednesday, most places closed. The 5 course 20euros menu is outstanding value! Cocktail for starters followed by great choice of soups. Appetizers enormous and then a main course of duck breast. Dessert flambed at table. Nice wine for 13euros. Friendly, efficient service. Well done!

Accueil sympa comme dâhabitude service rapide des plats minutes pas faits à lâavance omelette vietnamienne aux champignons en entrée et crêpe vietnamienne au porc et champignons avec riz cantonais en plat un régal simple et efficace je vais sûrement revenir
