Modern and close to the airport
Reviewed By World_Traveler_DRModern hotel , very close to the airport, great for an overnight stay. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms/ hallways are very clean, but do have some “wear and tear” , marks in walls, scuff marks, in need of some painting and touch ups. A good breakfast buffet.

Reviewed By Lupo77- Despite being a gold member and having booked what they call a superior suite, I got assigned a room in the basement without daylight - The room smelled awful and reminded me of stays in cheap highway motels - The shower was a combination of shower and bathtub; the switch for the shower was broken, thus 2/3 of the water kept running through the tap. The sink didn‘t work well and after finishing the shower I was standing in an almost full bathtub (on a cold winter morning this may have been nice, though) - Beds and blankets were uncomfortable. There is a choice of pillows, though: A very inconvenient tiny pillow or a likewise inconvenient big pillow - Check in was efficient and friendly. Check out was even faster, as nobody is on duty between midnight and 7am and the key needs to be dropped on an empty desk. I thought I would get my billed e-mailed, but have not heard from the hotel since leaving my key on this desk.

A Safe Stay during Covid-19
Reviewed By All_At_BECOn our return from Austria to the UK we needed a place to stay and leave our car for a few days near Munich airport to fly, but it wasn't as easy as we thought it would be. However a quick call to the Ramada and the very helpful Zoltan who arranged the stay, accommodated the car and got us to the airport fixed this in no time. The hotel is spacious, the room was comfortable and very clean. Covid precautions are taken very seriously and provide a high degree of assurance that you are being looked after. Thank you Zoltan and the other staff who made our short stay very pleasant and safe.

Reviewed By WillVillLike many others, I ended up staying involuntarily because of a flight cancellation by Lufthansa. I suspect that the hotel’s average rating is adversely affected by the unhappiness that accompanies such circumstances. That seems unfortunate: the hotel is modern and attractive; the rooms are very comfortable, with a Scandinavian aesthetic; the breakfast room was lovely. Best of all were the staff. The shuttle driver (whose English was exceptionally fluent) kindly phoned ahead to confirm that there would be food available. Special praise goes to Nina, who was on late shift at the bar and reception. I hadn’t expected to need to charge my phone in Germany and was disappointed to discover when I checked in that the hotel had no adapters for UK or US devices; Nina provided her personal adapter and even left it with me when she went home. I greatly appreciated this exceptional gesture of hospitality.

Perfect Airport Hotel
Reviewed By GoNoGoThe hotel is very convenient to the Munich Airport, but for being airport hotel – it’s well maintained, very clean, quiet and very welcome breakfast exactly!!! 6:30 in the morning. It takes 12 minutes at the heavy smog to get to the terminal, so it was a great decision to stay there. Very highly recommended!
