Popped in here with hubby for a wee hot filled roll & a coffee about 10 30 am , place fairly busy very cosy & friendly , amazing value for money 2 rolls & sausage , 2 coffees & a scone to share for £9.20 ! Being picky cold roll & cold plates for the rolls so got cold halfway through but would go back in an instant , also coffee was brilliant !

Friendly Coffee Shop with busy Patisserie and Takeaway food counters fresh cream cakes and freshly baked bread and scones daily .
We popped in there for coffee only. And a very nice coffee it was. However, the place was crowded, crammed and not all that comfortable. Maybe it was a wrong time of the day. Will have to try again some other time. Which we indeed did. Not far from Tesco and other shops as well as from town center it is very conveniently positioned. Again coffee was excellent. Closed on Subday!

Popular Tearoom/coffee shop.Lovely fresh home baking and tasty ,somewhat unusual soups.Good value for money.
We stumbled on this lovely little cafe on our way south, and we were glad we looked in. The staff welcomed us and served us delicious tea and scones. They even managed good gluten free food. It was a cosy relaxing place to be on a wet August day. Will certainly revisit when in the area.

What a little gem of a place this is. Friendly, cheerful service. Top quality.Good prices - i e (1) 6 superb dressed oysters on ice, with lemon - £5.70 (95p each), an absolute steal! (2) Equally good sandwiches, if anything crammed too much with top notch prawns and salmon - £3.60 each. It's just shame we only found the OSH on the last day of our holiday in delightful Oban!Highly recommended.

Our group of 4 adults stopped in for a bite of lunch after passing by. We were in Oban for the morning (as part of our Highlands Tour). We were welcomed in a very warm and friendly way by the bar staff that explained that we had to sit and then go and place our order. We had a very good meal with very good service.

We are a Cafe providing food for people with different dietary requirements, Veggie, Vegan, DF,GF and very allergy aware. As the owner I understand as I am DF and allergic to certain foods and know how difficult it is to eat out.
Had lunch here. Their food is either vegan or vegetarian. We had a cheese sandwich, very tasty and afterwards a carrot cake that was delish. Very small friendly place, only had seating for about 20. Off the main thoroughfare of Obanâs George street. Very environmentally aware. The toilet uses the water from wash hand basin to flush the toilet. Enjoyed our visit

Lovely place to eat and even though it was raining (I know! In Scotland whoâd have thought) it was nice to sit outside and eat as it was still a warm day. We ordered a toastie and scampi, both were lovely. Weâd go back and try the cake and explore the book shop when we havenât had such a long drive.

Lovely place with great staff, good coffee/tea and reasonably priced food. We stopped here (slightly by accident due to having nowhere to stay after our accommodation was so awful - seafield holiday cottage - see separate review) and had an early lunch. The food was good, coffee very good and the staff excellent. They also have guest wifi which helped in finding new accommodation and keeping us up to date with the local traffic.

Licensed take away and sit in cafe and shop featuring local food and drink. Menu based on local ingredients, freshly prepared. All day breakfast, Homeground Coffee, freshly prepared hot and cold food menu. Find us inside the Cal mac Ferry terminal buildin
This charming cafe specialises in produce from Argyll and it is excellent. We had delicious toasties made with bread from Argyll bakery which was very different from the run of the mill supermarket bread. There was chilled beers from Loch Fyne Brewery supplied with chilled glasses, mouth watering sandwiches and a range of delicious cheeses to buy along with Wee Island milk and icecream. Also a lovely range of gifts with a great selection of knitting kits from Colonsay. Definitely a must if visiting Oban.Thank you for taking the time to revise us so comprehensively. It is great when people appreciate what we are trying to do. Hope you can come again soon.
