Every time I come is a bigger disappointment
Reviewed By melina-victoriaI come here for business around 5-6 times a year. Every time I come I find that it’s getting worst. The rooms look dirty, I noticed the roofs, doors and closets have not been properly clean. I have slept in sheet with small holes in them, and also stains. The WiFi works only 1 out of 3 nights I’m here. The breakfast is great and the people also.

Reviewed By Juan RThe price is a little bit high for the structure. Hotel has good people but the rooms are old. It needs investment so the hotel can be more comfortable. It has wifi, good breakfast. This time my room was clean but bathroom not that much. Not sure why this happened.

Disappointed stay.
Reviewed By JulieandRubenVUnfortunately, I had booked again this hotel based on 1-night stay before. And now that I have stayed for 8 days, it was a total disappointment. The general service, conditions are below normal. Especially the fitting room, was very dirty, poorly maintained, for example the running machines were in bad condition and completely dirty, all the sweet from previous users still there with no cleaning. Really very bad experience.

Safe and reliable but very basic
Reviewed By RowbavI've stayed several times at this hotel when in the area for business and I often think I should try somewhere else. But in a city like this and when I'm in and out in a week I feel better the devil you know rather than risk something worse. I have stayed at Ibis hotel, just up the road but the food offering is poor and it doesn't feel safe to walk in the area to look for nighttime dining options. At Union Hotel the rooms are clean but very basic. One frustration with this hotel is every time I stay, in every room I find it's necessary to use two hands with enormous effort to turn off the water taps in the bathroom. This hotel would be responsible for the wastage of hundreds of thousands of litres of water a year simply flowing down the drain because, despite my previous complaints, never get this fixed. I personally have concerns for the world over future water needs so it disturbs me to see how this is not considered important enough for this hotel to address. On this visit there was a new (very beautiful) young lady at reception but she spoke no English, however, did bring up a translation on the computer to understand I was asking about laundry services. We finally managed to get me an iron (which was the quality of a plastic toy) but seems they have no ironing board. Breakfast on the 18th floor is good but sadly this hotel still offers no dining facilities for lunch or dinner.

Reviewed By Oren AThe hotel is a bit outdated, the gim had old machinery and no treadmill. The room was cleaned daily, good wifi, nice buffet breakfast. Great staff, made me feel most welcomed and were very helpful, always with a smile on their face.
