If youâre in the area, you must stop at this bakery and grab a loaf of their cinnamon bread! Itâs absolutely to die for in a French toast dish. Highly recommend! (And their sourdough is great, too!)
Motel Transcotia is just outside Liverpool and has a wide menu with all day breakfast, lots of local foods, and specialty dishes, too. The prices are fair and the helpings are big. The food is fresh and flavourful. The service can be a little slow, regardless of how busy they are. It is always friendly, though. The restaurant is a little dusty and dark, but the food more than makes up for it. Try the club sandwich and homemade fries.
The Natural Grind server amazing date squares, lemon squares and gluten free brownies. They also serve a delicious all day breakfast. Really good prices, as well! I highly recommend you stop in for coffee and a treat, and enjoy this wonderful little family-owned coffee shop!

Good crust, sauce could be a bit better seasoned. Nice lunch choice of a piece and a pop for a cheap price. Good for the quick meal.

Weâve been going to White Point for years to celebrate special occasions. Went there in July to celebrate a birthday, and it did not disappoint. I made a reservation in advance to guarantee a window seat to enjoy the beautiful view during dinner. My husband enjoyed the buffet while I ordered a la carte. Enjoyed wonderful crab cakes, pan-seared scallops, and a perfect cream brûlée for dessert. A fantastic dinner in one of my favourite places. Perfection!

We discovered the Liverpool Pizzeria on a previous trip to the area and went out of our way to return for a second visit. The restaurant has take-out and eat-in, so the wait time may not be reflected in the number of people inside. Having been here before, we knew better what to expect and didn't mind the wait; the pizza was excellent and we will definitely be back.

We ate outside on the patio by the river. We had an excellent meal - I had a delicious blueberry lemonade and fish chowder (very interesting with the barest hint of fennel) and a summer spinach salad. My husband had the burger. Service was excellent as was food and view!
