It is excellent, and I am extremely glad they finally opened a good wine bar at Baiona. Nice place by the riverside, i did not try their "pintxos" but seemed quite good. The wine list was not long but it was lovely. A must if you like wine.

Was in south Westcoast last week for the first time. Visited a lot of places from Bdx to biarritz and my crush was on this little restaurant. I met Brahim there, a nice guy who advise me on local food and wines, really had a good time there! Thanks to them!

We were wandering around town checking out menus for dinner and we came across this place. It is alongside the river and set around some colonnades which made it look pretty. There was also outside seating by the river. It is a large establishment and aimed at the tourist market.My wife is coeliac and so always requires gluten free food. The waiting staff here were not really switched on to what was and what wasn't gluten free and it took some time to resolve this. They did not have any gluten free bread to offer so this was extremely poor.I had a duck dish and when asked how I would like it cooked I said pink but not bloody. It came way over cooked but strangely the fat under the skin had not been rendered down properly and the skin was soggy. It must have been partially cooked well in advance then reheated. The portion of duck itself was quite generous and it came with a large pile of chips. There was some limp lettuce which they tried to pass off as a side salad. Overall impression of the food was poor with poor service. The prices were reasonable.I don't recommend it for eating but it might be a nice place to have a drink by the river.

The Erroak Bayonne is a lovely cafe along the river with riverside seating. Great for a summer visit. French Fries and hamburgers. Inexpensive.

Découvert par hasard ce petit restaurant dans le Petit Bayonne, nous avons déjeuné 2 fois, en famille, ce mois d'août. Excellents repas, pas chers, servis par des jeunes très sympathiques. Je conseille fortement d'y faire une halte !
