Every time I go to Boston Pizza I get terrible slow service. My husband and I go there and usually we only get out of there 1.5-2 hours later. I keep going back hoping they will improve on service, but alas.. they do not. This time when I went (for lunch) there was one server for the entire bar side and there were at least 10 tables being served. Not only was I annoyed that I didn't get lunch all the quickly, but I also felt really bad for the poor server who had to do it all by himself.Hi, Rebecca. We're sorry to hear that the service was slow. We take this feedback very seriously and would like to follow up with the team involved. Please share the details at https://bostonpizza.com/contact-us.html so that we can improve! Thank you.

Today was Christmas and we had no idea all the restaurants would be closed. After trying for several others, we called Mainstreet Pizza and Deli not expecting much. However, even though the restaurant was closed, the owner was amazingly nice enough to cook up something for us realizing we won't be getting food anywhere else. The service was amazing and the food tasted great. He even packed us food for the night and drove us back to our apartment. This shop will truly be a memorable place for us and we plan to go there again.thank you Mahii didn't do anything special, you're our guests and we have to take care of you.Happy new year and i hope you enjoy your stay in Yellowknife.Yousry A

We were feeling a bit lazy after a busy day of sightseeing. Based on a recommendation from our friend who lives in Yellowknife we decided to give Brunos a try. We ordered pizza and donair from Brunos. The donairs were the perfect size and really good. The pizza was also pretty good! Only downside was it was a 30 minute wait but we were in no rush just a bit hungry. It was also pricey but in line with Yellowknife prices. We would probably order from here again!

First of all, we ordered because we wanted the deal on the website, buy one pizza and all the rest are $5. It says that all over the website; the deal is even in the address bar! Instead we had to order a large at full price, then we could only get mediums after that, they were $8 instead of $5, and there was even a delivery charge tacked on top of that! This was not the reason for this bad review. I am used to getting ripped off in Yellowknife. Pizza Hut is bad, but there are worse. The pizza themselves were the reason for the low score. We ordered three and there was something different wrong with each one.I ordered three thin crust pizzas. One of them arrived pan style; the greasiest pizza I have ever seen. My hand was soaked with grease, literally dripping, from attempting to pick up a slice. We tried to eat it but it was impossible. When I went to throw it out, I tried, and succeeded, to actually wring grease from the crust. The cheese lovers pizza was advertised as having extra cheese plus "two of our favourite toppings" but there was no way to add the two toppings without incurring a massive extra fee. Finally, the pepperoni lovers had no more pepperoni than any normal pepperoni pizza from any pizza place, Pizza Hut included. I guess from the title I expected different kinds of pepperoni or at least more of the one kind. All in all, it was a very disappointing experience.
