We tried a dozen and a half of oysters and they all tasted good. Presentation was ok, but overall $90 for 18 oysters and 2 cocktails ordered and paid for at the bar is expensive. Hi PeteC166a, Thank you for taking the time to leave some feedback on your previous visit with us at Oyster Bar Darwin. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your oysters but are however disappointed that you did not find our pricing competitive. Your feedback has been passed on to our management team.

What a great little Cafe in the middle of light industrial area. A great place to stop, before or after a visit to the Charles Darwin historical park lands. Literally straight across highway and a right, couple of hundred meters down on right. They served a very refreshing freshly made juice, with an all day style breakfast/brunch menu. Really nice coffee too. And on display were some very tantalizing looking strawberry doughnuts. Top marks for style and decor in an otherwise straight-forward looking industrial area.

Lovely waterfront views for a sunset dinner. Really enjoyed the Garlic Prawns that I had and they were really reasonably priced. Nice for a relaxed dining experience and looked good for families as well as there is a kids playground. Would definitely go back again if I was in town.

We stumbled across this location whilst exploring the waterfront around Darwin. Itâs a great location on any afternoon. We went on two occasions for lunch! The food is very well presented and tastes great. And food and drinks are very very reasonable prices if you sign in to the yacht club membership book! Easy! A Darwin gem!

We went here on our first night in Darwin after reading the great reviews about the fish and chips and mud crabs. The restaurant has changed location (just a little further down the road). It is now in the Dinah Beach Yacht Club which is busy and seems to be a local hangout.Unfortunately many items from the menu were not available - no chowder, mudcrab, some of the different types of fish. Obviously it is seasonal and dependent on what's available but it was a bit sad as I had told the rest of my seafood loving family that there was a good range of seafood. In the end we had fish and chips all round but it was a 45 minute wait! That being said, the fish and chips were fantastic and even came with a small salad and a great portion of sauce. I guess my suggestion for visitors would be to call ahead and confirm if you are wanting something in particular.

This is a great breakfast venue. Parking off street in Parap is easy to reach and the choice of outside or inside dining. The service is very good and the menu extensive. We had eggs benedict with quinona kale and pomagrant. The servings were very big. We also had a fresh juice of kale, ginger and celery juice. This has to be the best cafe for breakfast in Darwin as it is world class.

We booked here for dinner with friends - booking essential as very busy. A very noisy restaurant with concrete floors and nothing to absorb the sound. Found that we had to shout across the table to be heard - not a nice way to have dinner. An interesting by limited menu, designed to be shared. We had saganaki, mackerel, calamari, pork, cauliflower, fries and affogato for dessert. Some interesting flavour. Not my favourite meal in Darwin but worth trying.

Get in quick before word gets out and you canât get a booking! Extremely impressed with the asian fusion food flavour combinations, quality and creativity. Not at all what we expected to find in this location. Service was also great - friendly, helpful and attentive. We dined on a Wednesday evening and restaurant was less than half full all night. We enjoyed the relatively loud, contemporary music which may not be to all tastes.
