Ordered 2 white rice, prawn Tom yum soup and king crab with Singapore chilli sauce for dinner. Iâm disappointed to say the least. It wasnât up to my expectation. Tom yum soup was okay. But the king crab dish was a major let down. Crab legs wasnât fresh. It was dry and only 3/4 of flesh. Compliment to the waiter though for being courteous and polite.

Arrived in Tromsø during a snow storm and starving. After a quick search of available dinning places, we chose âLotusâ and it proved to be an inspired decision. The location is very big, clean, cozy and offers a beautiful view. We were kindly welcomed at the entrance and redirected to a very well positioned table. The menu is variated and attractive, and the food extremely delicious, nice platted and fresh. Our waitress was kind, helpful and smily the whole evening. And the service is also very fast.Had here a great steak, better that in many big name steak houses, Tom Yum soup is great (and contains king crab) and Dim Sum are stunning. The best Chinese restaurant in Scandinavia until now!Planing to visit Tromsø again this winter, and Lotus is for sure the place where we will return with pleasure for a delicious meal in a great atmosphere. (Special thanks to Karen who was very helpful and attentive).Highly recommended!

Quite pleasantly surprised to be able to find a decent Chinese restaurant in Tromsø. Serving size is generous and always come with steamed rice. Price is moderate for Norway standard. Service from our waiter was good. My kids really enjoyed the deep fried pork ribs with sweet and sour sauce. If you are looking for Chinese food in Tromsø, this is a pleasant restaurant to have a meal.

One of the worlds northern-most restaurants, started in 2002, we're a quaint little restaurant, focused on traditional wok dishes with roots in eastern China. Both allergy- and vegan-friendly alternatives.
This is our favourite chinese restaurant. Good service, quick and reasonable prices. When we Are in a hurra we Often choose this restaurant. Locations is not good, but we never eat in the restaurant.
