As a frequent weekend visitor to Newcastle, I've used the Balti House many times for a Friday evening take-away: the food is decent and, ahem, there's no other Indian restaurant/take-away in town.I've always remarked on how rude the front-of-house staff is (one female, in particular), but until now have laughed it off.Not any more. The rudeness I experienced on Friday evening was the last straw, hence my review here.In my lengthy experience, this restaurant is far from full: rudeness like I've experienced isn't helping, I'm sure. A quick scan of other reviews here supports my point. If only there was another Indian in town...
