We travel pretty much across Hungarian countryside and this restaurant stands out from the crowd, so I highly recommend to come here either for a proper lunch/dinner or only for a coffee. The food is perfectly prepared, waiters are totally friendly.Perfect price/value ratio, not to mention the nice view towards the lake in Lillafured.

Very nice Place in the very Central street of Miskolc. A good choice of entry and main coures. The plate for two people is really huge!! The main problem is that they speak a very Little English but it's enough to have a confortable dinner!

We just popped in for a quick lunch and it became not so quick ! It was so tasty and hearty...The soup we chose was a typical Hungarian one called "Palóc", very delicious and a surprise main meal which happened to be a pork entree...Heavy but great !

Food is honest, tasty and truly Hungarian.Excellent fish soup (halászlé)! The dish is part of the national heritage, especially around Christmas time. This place definitely knows how to make it well, so totally recommend. There is a range of different types, so ask your waiter for advice (e.g. which one has no bones etc.).For main, I had a traditional vegyes halpaprikás (something like chicken paprikash but made of local fish) with túrós csusza (noodles with savoury mild fresh cheese). It was also very tasty and I can only recommend this.My girlfriend had some honey-roast pork with potatoes. I thought the dish had too much honey in it, so this could improve, however she liked it together with the potatoes. The area is quiet and friendly, the restaurant is cozy and service is polite and kind.
