Seating available both inside and outside all year round. Great baked goods. Lovely breakfasts. Nice for light lunches and dinners (salads, pasta, etc). Can be a bit crowded & noisy when full. Wanted to especially mention the 'EXTRA ATTENTION" which I have not yet seen anywhere else --- namely, (twice when) eating there with my daughter who is nursing her baby - they quietly, kindly brought a large glass of freshly squeezed orange juice to her 'on the house'. BRAVO for going that little extra care and service.
Hi everybodyI am back with a very good recomendation for those who like good food and live or are touring Israel. The "La Noma" restaurant is the continuation of a late excellent restaurant called "Ruso".The ownership changed and La Noma restaurant is owned by a very profesional guy whose name is Nail G'ubran. I asked Nail if he has any family relation to Mr Halil Gwubran who is a writer that I personally admire, but he answered that there is no family relation between them.In any case, we are talking about food and service so let us start. We entered the restaurant in a very hot summer day and the restaurant inside was cool and not so bright lighted as outside and this gave a very confortable atmosphere.Almost immediately a waiter brought as menu cards and cold fresh water to drink. The menu had a variety of different dishes, entries and main courses and of course to finish a good meal, a nice sweet last course to end this great meal.My wife had a nice sea food portion and I had beef, both portions were fantastic. So, to summarize, if you are in the north east part of Israel and are looking for a great restaurant, not expensive but with a great service and fantastic food, this is the place to go.Enjoy your meal, :-)Tommy
Went there with my wife for dinner, after a recommendation from the crew, we ordered pizza with mushroom, and it was delicious!!Definitely we will go there soon to try another dish.

Every community needs a reasonably priced solid Italian restaurant. For us who live in the near vicinity, Gustino fits that description. My wife, and family as well, have eaten here now at least half a dozen times. Each time we have enjoyed our meals. It does not hold itself out as a gourmet restaurant; just a solid restaurant that prepares very satisfying Italian dishes. We have had the pasta dishes, and the pizzas, and the taboon fish dishes -and have liked them all. The ambience is low-key, bright. The service could be improved, starting with how customers are greeted at the door. That said, we'll be coming back for sure.

So I was in Kyriot Tivon for an appointment and my reflexologist recommended this restaurant.I had a long walk after getting off the bus and thought I was in the wrong area since it was dark and ALL residential.I finally got there after a bit of stress going around in circles.I ordered the lentil, chard and bread soup which wasn't too bad, but I had to salt it. I ordered the bruschetta where the bread was too hard and VERY oily. It dripped all over my hands. It came with 2 very tiny artichoke spread & pieces of artichokes and 2 tomato. The artichoke one was much better. I wish the bread was bigger and I got way more.I couldn't decide what to order since they didn't have any traditional Italian dishes, just pasta and pizza. I couldn't even order the pizza to taste as they only had large and I was by myself.I finally ordered the pasta with meat sauce. It was also bland. I was very surprised. Normally Israelis over-salt their food. The highlight was the tiramisu. It was FABULOUS.It's an expensive restaurant and not worth the money, but the staff was very nice and helpful.I just wish the woman who spoke English would have come to help me when I needed the daily specials explained, because my waitress didn't speak English, and she said no one there did. I only found out afterward there was someone there who spoke English.I'll miss the tiramisu. LOL

Far from the culinary center of Israel you can find this very special restaurant. Excellent food , attentive service , reasonable prices and an interesting wine list. The view you can see from the large windows is so beautiful and relaxing - you only think when to return there !!
