Visiting my German sister in law and family and we always look forward to going out to our local Greek restuarant... However it was shut on Monday :-(So we had a look on Trip Advisor and saw The Delphi that was only 10 mins down the road........What a discovery :-)The food in here was wonderfulThe service quick but not pushyWe had a party of eight and this was no problem to fit us inThe only slight issue I had (being v tall) was the smaller tables as I felt a bit squashed in.....However this was not a major issue as the food made up for itAll 8 of us had different choices and all were fantastic with all the plates being cleared even the kids. I had the Hermes platter which was mid blowing.We all walked away feeling well fed and the price we paid was excellent value for money.We think we now have a new favorite Greek Restuarant in town.Already looking forward to our next trip to Germany... A return visit to The Delphi will be made definitely. Thank you:-)P.s fancy setting up a restuarant in England near me please ;-)

Nice cozy mom-n-pop Greek restaurant. Wide selection of food from appetizers to grill plates.The service is not the fastest, as mentioned above, it seems like the mom waits the tables an pop cooks. But if you are not impatient, it is a relaxing place for dinner.I had Tarama as a appetizer. it was the best I have had in a long time. A delicate mix of fish roe and potatoes. . As a main course I had lamb chops that came with a salad, french fries and a scoop-full of rice. Washed it down with a white Demestika.It was typical Greek cooking, grilled a little too done, but it was not dry. While I like lamb a little on the pink side, it was very good. A free Ouzo after dinner finished off a pleasant Greek evening.

Das Essen ist lecker und man hat mehr als reichlich auf dem Teller. Die Preise sind angemessen bis günstig. Etwas bessere Qualität und dann etwas teurer fände ich für Minden wünschenswert. Griechen mit diesem mittleren Qualitätsanspruch gibt es genug. Die Auswahl an Speisen ist m.E. zu groÃ. Lieber kleiner und feiner.

à tutto veramente molto buono.Accoglienza perfetta...ouzo appena preso posto al tavolo. Grande cordialità . Insalata squisita.Ma ho scelto il piatto 105... Diversi tipi di carne con verdure e formaggi...tutto incartocciato...Solo che i formaggi erano troppo salati e hanno rovinato il piatto...Pensavo di provare una specialità ..ma mi é andata male...La prossima volta sarò più attento.Altrimenti il ristorante è di ottima qualità ...da consigliare.

Super Qualität, fast alles ist hausgemacht und schmeckt wirklich sehr gut.Bedienungen sind freundlich und es bestehen sowohl die Optionen, vor Ort zu essen oder sich etwas mitzunehmen.Preislich sehr günstig, im Verhältnis zu Quantität und Qualität.Reichlich Auswahl und somit für jede(r)n etwas dabei.Das es so gut dort ist, sieht man an der Frequentierung der Gäste.Hier kann sich so mach anderes griechische Restaurant, so es sich denn nennen sollte, eine dicke Scheibe von abschneiden.Fazit: Immer wieder gerne!

Kleine Taverne, durch Zufall nach einem Besuch am lokalen Denkmal entdeckt. Seit dem immer einen Besuch wert wenn die Route daran vorbei führt. Inzwischen dürften wir die ganze Karte ein mal durchprobiert haben und wirklich alles ist lecker. Bei vielen Preisen denkt man an einen, für den Gast positiven, Schreibfehler. Preis/Leistung ist unschlagbar. Das Personal, die Cheffin kocht selbst, ist sehr freundlich und setzt Sonderwünsche geschmacklich sicher um. Obwohl fast alles frisch zubereitet und abgeschmeckt wird, kommt alles schnell auf den Tisch. Definitiv ein Geheimtipp.

What a great restaurant! When we arrived without a reservation the place was fully booked but the friendly staff managed to fit us in, and a welcoming ouzo appeared within minutes. The interior has a cosy atmosphere and is very clean. We both decided to order the meze, and the courses just kept coming. Absolutely mouthwatering food in great variety and quantity!Definitely a place I'd recommend and make sure you reserve a table beforehand.
