We regularly go to the New Wok when we are in town for shopping or pre theater. Our last visit there this month was as great as many others before. The food is freshly prepared in the open kitchen and then brought to your table (or you do take away). You clean up yourself taking the trays and dishes to a rolling tray cabinet in the back. So it is a Chinese fast food place. The food is always excellent. I had duck noodles, chicken noodles, bami goreng and various other dishes. Good sized portions, very tasty, freshly prepared (that is why it is no problem for them to cater to your special wishes, I don't like bell peppers e.g. and I can just order "no bell peppers". Never a problem. People are always very friendly. Drinks are out of the bottle or can not from tab.We will be back. :-)

Was our 2nd time here, and this time will be our last one. The food is ok (except this time my gurlfriend got a half-fried chicken, which we returned back for proper frying). But it takes SOOOOOOIO long, the first time we thought, weâll let it pass. But again, as im writing we r waiting over 45-50 min for food to be served, and the place is like half-empty.And the best part, after my girlfriend sent her chicken back to be properly done - it took again line 20 minutes to get it back. Ofcourse in the meantime im waiting for her, so we could eat together - and guess what - is stone cold.Never ever here again.Hello vmizorov,We are very sorry to hear that there have been such complications. This happened a few times but by now, we have solved these problems.Best regards,Your Cay Tre Team

Vietnamese restaurants are not nearly as common in Nord Rhein Westfallen as one might hope. This is a very small family run restaurant. I tried it due to other reviews. I had lunch on a Sunday afternoon and, I was the only customer in the restaurant. The menu did not offer either of my favorite Vietnamese dishes (Bun Bo Hue, Bun Cha Ha Noi) but did have a very tasty Bun dish. Service was fast and friendly, the food was fresh and tasty. I will try this place again for dinner and compare it against another nice Vietnamese restaurant in Bonn. Price for lunch with water was about â¬11. There is public parking nearby and it is free on Sunday and reasonable during the week. The restaurant is near the Oktopus water sport area and is very easy to find.
