Paderborn (German pronunciation: [paːdɐˈbɔʁn] ( listen)) is a city in eastern North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, capital of the Paderborn district. The name of the city derives from the river Pader and "born", an old German term for the source of a river. The river Pader originates in more than 200 springs near Paderborn Cathedral, where St. Liborius is buried.

I have never tried tapas before but I was pleasantly surprised. The decor is modern, clean and tidy. The staff were pleasant and attentive. The menu consists of a check sheet and you tick what different foods you fancy. You can pick as any or as few as you wish. You have a choice of meats, fruits and vegetables all cooked in different seasonings. You can get carried away with the different choices. It's a great way to try things you wouldn't normally. My husband and I ordered what we wanted and picked and tried each other's. Great way to broaden your palate and try something new. The dates wrapped in bacon were amazing. Appeared to be a well stocked bar but didn't try the wine list so can't comment. They do have a room for large parties so would be good for a birthday or leaving do. There always seems to be room here and have never needed to book. I recommend this place. Try it and I am sure you will enjoy something different.

We took some friends who were over for a visit the food was amazing and the staff were friendly and efficient even though it was really busy, will definitely be going back .

mit leider sehr eingeschränkten Ãffnungszeiten, ist diese Tapas-Bar, die eigentlich zu einem spanischen Lebensmittel- und Wein-Laden gehört. Meinem Vorschreiber ist nicht viel hinzuzufügen.
