Very cozy restaurant with open fire place and plenty of room between tables. Not a huge choice in the menu, but both the fish and the meat were really good. Apple pie as dessert was also particularly good. We will certainly return.

Het ligt wat verscholen op het eind van het Goethe plein, maar dan heb je ook wat. Leuk ingericht lekkere koffie of thee zo als het moet smaken en natuurlijk zelfgemaakte taarten. Niet goed voor de lijn, en verleidelijk om er meer dan 1 te nemen. Echt lekkere taarten.

Located in the 18th-century castle courtyard of idyllic Bad Berleburg, this modest local restaurant serves excellent Flammkuchen with various toppings. Flammkuchen are paper-thin, crispy, slightly salty tarts, which look like pizzas but aren't at all. Also a nice selection of beers and other dishes. Good for a rest after a tour of the castle and grounds. Good value.
