Mit abwechslungsreichen und saisonalen Zutaten wird hier in der Küche rofessionell gezaubert.Alle Servicemitarbeiter sind nett, aufmerksam, sauber und haben ein höfliches, sichers Auftreten. Da gibt's nichts auszusetzen.Die hier vorwiegend gereichten Forellen sind perfekt, saftig auf den Punkt zubereitet.Dieses Restaurant ist "die" Empfehlung für einen traumhaften Genuss. Im Sommer ein Träumchen für einen ausklingenden Abend in familiärer Atmosphäre.Bitte immer vorher einen Tisch reservieren!

5 mal waren wir jetzt dort. Leider nur Durchschnittlich. Die Portionen liegen zwischen 5 und 8 â¬. Die Getränkepreise sind leider recht hoch. 4,50 ⬠für eine 0,75l Flasche Mineralwasser für den Mittagstisch war uns zu teurer. Die Portionen sind auch recht übersichtlich und der Geschmack wurde oft enttäuscht. Schade.

The restaurant is cosy and stylish. The service by the Bernd Gunia is impeccable. He is a very welcoming and attentive host. The menu is diverse. The food was overall very good, some of the dishes could have possibly been worth a Michelin Star in my opinion with a few minor adjustments. The wine list is good, with a decent selection for the more demanding pallet. We stayed overnight as two couples and entertained some family to a meal in the restaurant. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. The restaurant offered a good menu and the food was all very good. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was excellent in the centre of Hamm close to shopping and transport. Good short stay hotel
