Wir hatten mehrere Besuche hier, u. a. auch eine Familienfeier. Das Essen war jedes mal frisch, lecker und reichlich. Besonders die hausgemachten Frühlingsrollen begeistern mich immer wieder, da man hier häufig nur TK-Ware bekommt. Die Preise sind vernünftig, der Service ist freundlich, und das Ambiente ist so, wie man es in einem chinesischen Lokal erwartet. Das Lokal ist häufig sehr gut besucht, so dass reservieren eine gute Idee ist. Wir werden sicherlich noch häufiger hier zu Gast sein.

We had dinner at the Bambus (engl. Bamboo) restaurant, because we had a voucher (2nd main free) but also because we had dined there previously and the food had been good.The restaurant was busy, although it was just a regular week-day night.This time we ordered just one starter fried calamari rings. They were served very quickly. The crumbing was good but as a whole they were a bit too greasy. Maybe the temperature was not quite right? For mains we ordered duck with mushrooms, morsels and bamboo (the sauce also had carrots and onions). The sauce was very flat and really greasy. Not much taste to it. The duck was crispy an nice, though and there was a good amount of meat.. The other mains we had were chicken with almonds, bamboo and mushrooms. It was just ok. Also a bit flat, a bit more taste then the other sauce but also a bit greasy. Dishes as a whole are inexpensive.Toilets were ok, but there was no soap. It is liquid soap in a clear bottle, so you can see when it is near empty and replace it. So obviously this is lack of attention on the part of the staff.From previous visits we had had a better impression. I don't think we will be back for some time.

The place has its own charm (although in an unconventional way). Food is good (not extraordinary), portions are big and the prices are fair. Good for a quick/ normal meal, not necessarily for a long dinner or so.
