Finding an open restaurant in Blomberg on Monday evening was not easy. As it was a rather long way to walk we tried to check the menu on internet. But only found traces on facebook that we not are members of and never will be. But as the choice was between waiting for a seat in a foul-smelling Italian restaurant near the hotel or dinner in an ice-cream parlour we accepted the walk. (we went back to for ice-creams) and the walk made us even more hungry. With some help we found the Adria restaurant and were seated. After some waiting time we got a menu. The restaurant is rather small but didnât feel cramped and it is very clean. Friendly staff, good beer, hearty and well prepared food of large portions followed by a shot of Slivovits and a free shot of something sweet made it a good dinner experience.

Um den Pommes/Bratwurst-Alltagstrott am Schiedersee zu entgehen, war ich mit meinen beiden Patenkimdern im Restaurant Breitengrad. Die beiden Mädels haben sich eine Pizza Hawaii geteilt, ich hatte eine Salami-Pizza. Wir wurden freundlich und schnell bedient, und die Pizza wurde auch gleich geteilt für die Mädels serviert. Geschmacklich sehr gut und frich hat es uns allen geschmeckt und auch die Mädels fanden meine Idee gut, an diesem heissen Tag mal Pizza zu essen, anstatt der sonst klaiischen Pommes.

Zum Kukuk is a nice historic restaurant, where you have a wide choise of schnitzel, perfect steaks and special local cheese dish. There is a great atmosphere in this historical timber-framed building and a very friendly service.

We have been there for the very first time. Unique location and atmosphere -a former and nicely renovated windmill-, excellent service -professional yet not too formal-, and just gorgeous dishes (we had different ones, from asparagus with veal to risotto with prawns). Unexpected in the Lippe countryside just 11km away from Detmold.

Being 2 times in the restaurant this summer, first time we have waited quite a long to get the menu, what we accepted due to lot of guests. The food was good served with fresh warm bread! Second time, we waited for the waiter to come and altough we asked him, he did not come in the next 15 mins.

Ich habe das Restaurant im Rahmen einer Konfirmation besucht. Die versch. Tische waren sehr ansprechend, aber dennoch dezent dekoriert. Vorweg gab es eine sehr leckere Rinderbrühe. AnschlieÃend wurde ohne längere Pause das Essen aufgetragen. Es gab pro Tisch je eine Platte mit div. Gemüsesorten (Blumenkohl, Pilze, Erbsen u. Möhren, grünen und weiÃen Spargel uvm.) und eine Platte mit Fleisch. Eine groÃe Portion Blattsalat pro Tisch kam dazu. Kroketten, Salzkartoffeln und Pommes wurden separat gereicht. Alle von mir gefragten Gäste haben die Speisen gelobt. Es hat durchweg allen geschmeckt. Die Bedienungen waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Es wurde auch zügig nachgeschenkt. Mir ist nichts über die Kosten bekannt, aber das Restaurant ist sein Geld wert. Einziges Manko ist, dass die Toiletten nur über eine Treppe erreicht werden können. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen!

On a lonely rainy Sunday night we were looking for a restaurant in Steinheim. There is not much there. Luckily we found Szenario. A modern outfit location, with modern light effects, etc. A cafe bistro restaurant with a huge menu choice. Besides traditional German food they have nice things like Ofen Kartoffel in a wide variety of tastes. The service is adequate and personal. Mainly a bit older ladies, who were professional. The food is served quickly. You can have a dinner easily within one hour. The preparation and decoration of the food is OK, the ingredients are not so super.My potatoe for example was not so tasty. In the sauces and dressings are a bit over the top; in my opinion too much. The prices are OK. We have four mains, four drinks and four coffees for EUR 65. If you are looking for something quick and good in Steinheim I like to recommend Szenario.

Wir waren im Germanenhof zu einer Familienfeier mit ca. 20 Personen zum Mittagstisch. Ich muss sagen: Service und. Speisen erstklassig. Hier lohnt es sich auf jeden Fall einzukehren.
