Voor een heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt kun je hier terecht in de verbouwde schuur of het cafe.Ook voor een kop koffie of thee met gebak kun je hier goed slagen ook voor een pilsje of meerdere ben je hier ook aan het goede adres. A sumptuous assortment of spargel dishes in season, one of the finest hollandaise sauces I have ever tasted. Well-stocked wine cellar and local schnapps. Delicious fish and schnitzel (both pork and turkey).

I stayed in Heide Camp a couple of times with a friend, the lady at the reception is always friendly, even if my deutsch is not really good. the rooms are basic but spacefull. the breakfast is really really something, you've got everything, really good taste, and all that for just 2 euros on top of the room price. Only thing is have to start the breakfast at 10AM.

We visited this restaurant on a few occassions and happy with the local dishesof which the jagerschnitzel was our favourite, that said fish was also a nice tasty dish.

I was lucky to find a waitress who understands English so we can communicate... I had a nice all cheese breakfast that was delicious with a nice big black coffee... Nice atmosphere... Good service... Always crowded... They bake their own bread and pastries... It is recommended...

One restaurant didnt take cards, the next was booked out so we came here. Service was friendly and fine, starters (soup) and main courses were fine at an excellent price.

If you visit this venue, do take care of opening hours of the kitchen. I ended up rather lonely with a small Goulash soup (good quality) as nothing else could be served (I was slightly out of kitchen opening hours.I had hoped to have a view of the charming Riverside but the old buildings dont allow for that.

The Burghof does look a bit run down but the food is good and the portions are generous. We had schnitzels and pork filet with chips and salad. The meat was good if not a little too well done so that the pork was not as succulent as it might have been. The chips were very good. The meal was lovely and hot.The staff were friendly.

Günstig gelegen mitten in Born, nahe am Hauptwanderweg der Seen-Tour gelegen, mit schöner AuÃenterasse. Wenige vegetarische Gerichte, diese allerdings nett serviert, preislich nicht unbedingt ein Schnäppchen. Das servierte Altbier schmeckte für mein Empfinden nicht wie erwartet.
