Secretis is a local favorite with great German cuisine. The interior is a little tacky with flowery wallpaper and all. The clientele is made up of mostly older people but it is nonetheless very family friendly. The meat dishes are great.

"Wir testen das Dubrovnik vorher einfach mal." Das war unser Gedanke an einem Abend, als meine Frau und ich uns über Gambas unterhielten. 14 Tage spätter sollte es dort nämlich wieder einen Gamba-Abend geben. Etwas skeptisch suchten wir einen Parkplatz, denn das Restaurant liegt an einer StraÃenkreuzung. Schon beim Eintreten waren wir überrascht und fühlten uns direkt wohl. Eine gemütliche Atmosphäre empfing uns, die stilvolle Einrichtung, die passende Beleuchtung und die angenehme Musik. Es passte.Essen und Trinken 1A. Dazu diese freundliche und persönliche Bedienung. Dieses Restaurant gehört jetzt eindeutig zu unseren Favoriten.

Wir sind an einem schönen Tag nach einer Wanderung dort eingekehrt. Zugegeben, es waren fast alle Tische besetzt. Trotzdem: man ignorierte uns eine Viertelstunde. Die Entschuldigung lautete, dass es den Bedienungen verboten sei, mehr als drei Bestellungen aufzunehmen, häh? Bezahlen müssen sie drauÃen nach jeder Bestellung. Drinnen ist es eher düster und ausladend. Der Hof ist ganz schön. Der Kuchen ist gut und reichlich. Sonst hätte es auch nur einen Punkt gegeben.

I was there with my family and we had a great time there. Food was excellent, very tasty and portions were huge. Waiters were very friendly and delivery was very fast. Interior of the restaurant looks great. Restaurant is in the wood and it is very quiet. In front of the restaurant is big garden with lots of tables and chairs so when the weather is warm you can sit outside and enjoy. Prices are normal but when you see the size of the portions you realize that it is cheap. I really recommend this place and i will sure come again.

Itâs a nice, informal hotel close to a lake. Nice, comfortable rooms and a good restaurant. Beautiful surroundings.

A friendly welcome and a nice setup. The place was clean and nicely decorated.Ok, it was a bit early and we were the first guests this late afternoon. But I do think this cannot be an excuse for the quality of the food. My tiny rump steak was not at all "medium rare". It was cremated, tough and expensive. Sorry, we paid and left not saying a word. But I doubt very much that we will ever come back.

After I found a Gaststätte in Nettetal fully booked, I was directed to Haus Bey. I found a restaurant with plenty of room, friendly personnel, and fast service. The schnitzel was good, and with under 13 euros the price was too. The setting in a Rittersitz, formerly a living space for the inhabitants of Schloss Krickenbeck, is very nice.

We have been here several times with either my family of 6 or with my girlfriend.Staff is efficient but friendly, and always welcoming you with a smile.The typical Greek mezedes are my favorite: all fresh made and beatiful presented. Fried baby octupus, beef with aubergine puree, giant white beens with feta, grilled aubergine are some of the great starters. Gettong hungry while making this review:).Main course we mostly choose their fresh fish, you can have it grilled as a whole fish or they make a fillet for you. Sides dishes you can chose of fries, potatoes or garlic puree ( very nice). Plates are nicely decorated, not as some Greek restaurants were they throw the food on you're plate.Highly recommended!

Restaurant Haus Sonneck is located in Nettetal between the A61 and A40 highways and not far from the Netherlands border. Haus Sonneck is family owned and operated since the 18sixties. Good food, a pleasant atmosphere and adequate service define its character. We came on a Sunday and the place was relatively full, a good sign. The menu is traditional German Landküche. We skipped the starter and went for a classical course of asparagus and wine. We were pleasantly surprised. Also the dessert was nice. Dishes are well presented and tasty. Haus Sonneck is a restaurant that definitely deserves its Michelin Bib Gourmand.We recommend Haus Sonneck and to anyone who seeks nice food accompanied by a good glass in a pleasant ambiance.

Who looks for a historical ambience combined with high food quality, should not miss this place. The castle looks like medieval and the rooms are partially decorated with old statues. The menu contains special dishes from the region (e.g. rheinischer Sauerbraten) and are served properly from friendly waiters. Prices are not overstated. Clear recommendation!
