Situated at beautiful location in the forrest. Easy to combine with a visit to the observation tower.If the sun shines , find a place near the waterfront or in the winter behind the glass front

Old world restaurant with oriental rugs on the tables. Food not bad though! Pleasant forr a coffee or light lunch whilst passing by. Not worth a detour.

Die Cafeteria Litjes steht im Herzen der Innenstadt von 's-Heerenberg. Unmittelbar neben dem Restaurant stehen kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung.Die Einrichtung entspricht mehr einer Imbisstube, als einem Restaurant, aber es ist relativ gemütlich und sauber hier. Angeboten werden die typischen niederländischen Fastfood-Spezialitäten, die allesamt aus der Fritteuse kommen.Gesund war es wahrscheinlich nicht, dafür aber reichlich und richtig lecker. Wir haben mal so richtig gesündigt und dabei noch unseren Spaà gehabt.Fazit: So ab und zu mal ist das echt in Ordnung, zu oft müssen wir hier aber nicht essen.

We spotted it one day while on a bike ride to Emmerlich and thought it looked nice. A couple of days later we were close and looking for a lunch stop so it was obvious to go there. It was a sunny day and we were sat on the terrace enjoying a beer so that's all good. Service was very friendly. I may be wrong but I think it was the owner, not staff, who served us. The menu, at lunch at least, was all pretty standard stuff - krokkets, uitsmijters, chips etc but very tasty. I had the varm flees special and it was delicious. If we are in the area again we would definitely go back.

Nog nooit zo behandeld in een restaurant. Meerdere malen in dit restaurant gegeten en altijd de zelfde tafel. Bij binnenkomst bleek dat de tafel al was bezet door een andere groep. Even navraag gedaan en bleek dat ze het niet goed hadden op geschreven en ons helemaal achter in het restaurant gezet . Wij hadden deze tafel omdat er 3 mensen zijn die slecht ter been zijn . Vanuit hun geen oplossing en ook heel bot ter woord gestaan. En wij kwamen met een ander ieder waar ze niks van wou horen . Mijn opa en oma gingen even zitten bij de dichtstbijzijnde stoel . En ze vroeg mij of ik wou vragen of ze van die stoelen af wouden gaan anders deed ze ze zelf verwijderen Grote meid als ze mijn opa en oma van bijna 90 wil verwijderen

I have heard stories about this restaurant that were not very positive, but it was much better than I expected. The place is clean, updated and the staff was kind and helpful. The food is about as good as you can expect in an all-you-can-eat. There is enough to choose from and it looked fresh and tasted pretty good. It was a quiet night, but we had a good time.

Netherlands is a nice country and for us it was a kind of excitement when we had crossed the border. So we decided to find a café where we will drink our first coffee in Netherlands. We found this lovely Grandcafer de Snor. And it could not be better. The service was very friendly, the coffee was good and the start of our journey over Benelux had begun in excellent way.

This café / restaurant changed its name from 'Grand Café Heeren Dubbel' into 'Kasteel Café Heeren Dubbel' because it is located at the Kasteel Huis Bergh (castle house Bergh). The tickets for tours of the castle are even sold inside the restaurant. Before or after your visit of the castle and gardens, you should have a drink outside or inside the Kasteel Café Heeren Dubbel. The atmosphere is great. The staff is friendly and the food is good too. We will revisit this place!

I love pancakes and this place has a lot of them, you can choose pancakes with everything on it. I picked a pancake with cheese and bacon and it tasted good. Service is friendly and speaks Dutch and German. You can sit inside and outside and it has a lot of teddy bears on the wall which looks quite cool. Recommendable for some good pancakes (or waffles), we paid around â¬11 per person including drinks.
