This place looks odd, and feels odd, but it works. In fact I have returned several times for feast of Japanese/Korean small plates. It is all-you-can eat, after all. The Sushi Master sits on the parking lot of a dreary suburban mall. Inside, it is a large room that looks like a fine dining place but it is not, it is low-noise and dimly lit. It is staffed by one hostess, a cook, and an assistant. The kitchen is open but there is no typical sushi counter. Unfortunately, the counter space is used for piles of plastic takeout containers.The Sushi Master's all-you-can eat approach works nicely: for 25 Euro you choose 5 items from the entire menu of small plates 4 times. The variety of plates is wide: from sashimi, to rolls, to seaweed salads, to deep fried specialties, grilled meaty bits, tofu stuff, and ice cream at the end. Anything I ordered appeared promptly. The rolls are OK (mostly made in advance), as is the nigiri, But the sheer variety of flavours is fun.Locals seem to come a lot. The service is polite and coolly professional. Odd overall, but it keeps drawing me back.
