What a great final dinner before seeing the family off tomorrow at the airport. Burgers are wonderful. The spicy fried extremely flavorful. And the salads were also good. But Bob the burger man at Brute is the man. He wonât steer you wrong, will explain the nuances of the menu, etc. Who knew Hoofddorp served up some rockinâ burgers. Go to Brute. Youâll love it!

Simple down to earth restaurant, small managable menu, reasonably priced: sizable portion of famous Dutch/Indonesian Chicken Sateh at 14,50 Euro..... Do I need to say more?

The served sausages were uneadible, the lamb was nice as the rib-eye. The porc belt and the short-ribs were very though. The desserts are served from a trolley, nicely decorated.Dear guest,Thank you so much for this positive feedback!
