A less formal simple dinner with colleagues while travelling. We were looking for a place to relax and enjoy some straight forward food. The Happy Bull didn’t disappoint. We were joined by another colleague and although very busy the friendly and helpful staff were able to fit in one more. You do need to book. I’m not sure you can be certain of a table if you just drop in. Thankfully you can book via TripAdvisor. The food was very well done. The onion rings were great. We all went for a burger of some kind, and the options are extensive. They cater for all tastes with chicken and vegetarian options also available. The craft beer menu was good with a wide range of US beers to add to the Americana feel. Value for money was excellent too. Three of us were well fed with several beers for €35/head.

Absolutely fantastic building and decor and the food was just as good. The service was welcoming from the start and very efficient. Started with some fried bon bons filled with ragu which were great having a crisp outer with a lovely creamy inside. The burger was beautiful. Well constructed with a soft bun and just as soft meat I had added bacon and truffle mayo which was sublime there were actual pieces of truffle that ran through the mayo giving it a amazing luxurious taste. Overall great meal but reason for 4 stars was the drinks were very overpriced and didn’t contain that much alcohol (cocktails)Definitely worth a visit.

Cozy neighbourhood cafe serving original American brunch. Nice sunny terrace.

We went to get a table relatively late, towards 3pm and even though i go there regularly and manage to get a table on the bar, or wait a little the hostess was very rude just repeating an answer that they do not take any walk ins or bookings. They didn’t have a waiting list, they weren’t even trying to be accommodating. As a customer they should do everything they can for me, instead of just being rude and telling me to leave. For a spot that prides itself with great food, their service was very disappointing and I will not be returning.Dear Noam, We've discussed your complaint and an apology is in place. Its was a busy Sunday and we were scrambling to get our sitting customers a good service. Please contact us via [email protected] so we can figure out a way to make it up to you.
